Claims (2)
- 支持脚(12)と、
前記支持脚(12)の上部に水平方向に延びて設けられた水平部材(13)と、
前記水平部材(13)の下面に長手方向に移動可能に取付けられた水平移動台(14)と、
前記水平移動台(14)に下方に突出して設けられた台座(21)と、
前記台座(21)に下方から取付けられたサーボモータ(22)と、
前記サーボモータ(22)を回転中心として水平面内において回転する回転体(23)と、
前記回転体(23)に鉛直方向に移動可能に設けられ下端に操作治具(27)が取付けられた昇降ロッド(26)と
を備え、
前記水平部材(13)の下方に前記水平部材(13)と平行に移動するパレット又はベルト(11a)が設けられ、
前記台座(21)の鉛直方向の長さの範囲で前記昇降ロッド(26)を昇降させる
ことを特徴とするロボット装置。 - 台座(21)は円柱状を成して中心軸を鉛直にして上面が水平移動台(14)の下面に接するように取付けられ、
サーボモータ(22)は、円柱状の本体(22b)と、前記本体(22b)から上方に向けて突出して前記台座(21)の中心軸に一致するように前記台座(21)に取付けられた回転軸(22a)とを有し、
前記本体(22b)の外周に回転体(23)が取付けられ、
前記回転体(23)に昇降ロッド(26)が中心軸を回転中心として回転可能に設けられた請求項1記載のロボット装置。
