Description
以下、本発明を示す。
基礎飼料として脂質が添加されていない市販のエクストルーデットペレット飼料(「アクアT-9」伊藤忠飼料社製)1000gに、脂質源としてタラ肝油のみ、またはタラ肝油の15質量%、30質量%または60質量%をマグロ油で代替した混合油を150g加えた計4種類の試験飼料(対照区,T15,T30,T60)を調製した。各試験飼料の成分組成を表1に示す。
(1) 成長率と飼料効率
平均体重約248gのブリを8基の1,100L容FRP水槽に18尾ずつ任意に分配し、16週間にわたり、1日1度、3~6回/週の割合で飽食量給餌した。飼育開始時および6週目と16週目に体重を測定し、給餌量と併せて飼料効率を次式で求めた。
飼料効率(%)=[体重増重(g)÷摂餌量(乾重g)]×100
6週目と16週目に5匹ずつの全魚体を一般成分分析と脂肪酸分析に供した。脂肪酸の分析は、上記実施例1と同様に、脂質を構成する脂肪酸を過剰のメタノールにより全てメチルエステル化した後に、ガスクロマトグラフィにより行った。給餌量および全魚体の脂肪酸分析の結果から、給餌された試験飼料に含まれる脂肪酸量に対する各脂肪酸の魚体における蓄積率を次式より算出した。
脂肪酸蓄積率(%)=[魚体に保持された脂肪酸量(g)÷摂取した脂肪酸量(g)]×100
全魚体に含まれるタンパク質の分析はケルダール法により行った。その際の窒素係数としては6.25を用いた。脂質含量はBligh and Dyer(1959)の方法に従って、全魚体試料から脂質をクロロホルム-メタノール法により抽出し、その重量を測定した。水分は、全魚体試料を110℃のオーブンにて10時間以上乾燥し、乾燥前後の重量差により算出した。灰分は全魚体試料を550℃にて5時間加熱して灰化することにより測定した。全魚体の一般成分値を表3に示す。表3に示す結果の通り、用いた飼料による一般成分の有意な差は認められず、飼料中の油脂成分組成によっては一般成分は影響を受けないことが分った。
Claims (2)
- 全脂肪酸に対するドコサヘキサエン酸の割合が13.0質量%以上である飼料を、水温が21.3℃以下の場合にブリに給餌することを特徴とするブリの養殖方法。
- 1日当たり0.2回以上、3回以下給餌する請求項1に記載の養殖方法。
