Description
dh=4・A/U
に従って算出され、ここでAは面積であり、Uは円周である。水力直径を用いることで、断面の形に依存せずに、反応器が形作られる。これは例えば、円形、長方形、任意の多角形の形状、卵形(oval)または楕円形(elliptisch)であってよい。しかしながら、円形の断面が好ましい。
ポリ(メタ)アクリレートを製造するために、液滴重合用の反応器を図1に図示されているように使用する。直径が一定である反応器領域は、22mの高さおよび3.4mの直径を有する。流動層の直径は3mであり、高さは0.25mである。
Claims (4)
- 液滴重合用の反応器(1)を含む、粉末状ポリ(メタ)アクリレートを製造するための装置であって、前記反応器(1)は、
モノマー溶液が投入される孔を有する、ポリ(メタ)アクリレートを製造するためのモノマー溶液の滴下装置(5)と、
前記滴下装置(5)の上方にある気体供給箇所(13)と、
前記反応器(1)の周囲にある少なくとも1つの気体取り出し箇所(19)と、
流動層(11)と、
を有し、
前記反応器(1)は、前記気体取り出し箇所(19)の上方に水力内径が一定である領域を有し、かつ前記気体取り出し箇所(19)の下方に連続的に小さくなる水力内径を有し、
前記反応器(1)は、水力内径が連続的に小さくなる領域に、鉛直方向に並んで配置される複数の加熱コイル(31)を有し、前記加熱コイル(31)に熱媒体が貫流され、
前記加熱コイル(31)は、20~3000W/m2の範囲にある加熱出力を投入し、
水力内径が連続的に小さくなる領域で、前記反応器(1)の外側に機械式または空気圧式の洗浄装置(35)が取り付けられており、
前記洗浄装置(35)は、前記複数の加熱コイル(31)の間に配置されていることを特徴とする装置。 - 水力内径が連続的に小さくなる領域が円錐形であることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の装置。
- 水力内径が一定であるジャケットの領域の下部3分の1で、前記反応器の外側に機械式または空気圧式の洗浄装置(35)が取り付けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1または2記載の装置。
- 機械式または空気圧式の洗浄装置は、ノッカー(35)であることを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の装置。
