Claims (19)
- 正極、分離膜、負極が積層されて形成される電極組立体と、
前記電極組立体を収納するパウチとを含み、
前記パウチは、
第1ポリマーで製造され、最外層に形成される表面保護層と、
第2ポリマーで製造され、最内層に形成されるシーラント層と、
第1金属で製造され、前記表面保護層及び前記シーラント層の間に積層されるガスバリア層と、
第2金属で製造され、前記表面保護層及び前記シーラント層の間に積層される金属ホイル層とを含み、
前記金属ホイル層の内側に位置する前記シーラント層及び前記ガスバリア層の一部が除去されて前記金属ホイル層が外部に露出された特定領域において、前記金属ホイル層が前記電極組立体の前記負極から延在する負極リードと連結されているパウチ型二次電池。 - 前記特定領域において、前記表面保護層も一部が除去される、請求項1に記載のパウチ型二次電池。
- 前記負極リードは、
前記特定領域を介して露出される前記金属ホイル層と溶接され連結される、請求項2に記載のパウチ型二次電池。 - 前記ガスバリア層及び前記金属ホイル層の間には、互いに絶縁する絶縁層がさらに含まれる、請求項1~3の何れか一項に記載のパウチ型二次電池。
- 前記金属ホイル層は、
前記ガスバリア層とクラッド圧延(clad-rolled)される、請求項1~3の何れか一項に記載のパウチ型二次電池。 - 前記第1ポリマーは、
ポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)を含む、請求項1~5の何れか一項に記載のパウチ型二次電池。 - 前記第1金属は、
アルミニウムを含む、請求項1~6の何れか一項に記載のパウチ型二次電池。 - 前記第2金属は、
前記負極の負極集電体に含まれる金属と同種類の金属を含む、請求項1~7の何れか一項に記載のパウチ型二次電池。 - 前記第2金属は、
銅を含む、請求項8に記載のパウチ型二次電池。 - 前記第2ポリマーは、
ポリプロピレンを含む、請求項1~9の何れか一項に記載のパウチ型二次電池。 - 正極、分離膜、負極が積層されて形成される電極組立体を収納するパウチ型二次電池において、
第1ポリマーで製造され、最外層に形成される表面保護層と、
第2ポリマーで製造され、最内層に形成されるシーラント層と、
第1金属で製造され、前記表面保護層及び前記シーラント層の間に積層されるガスバリア層と、
第2金属で製造され、前記表面保護層及び前記シーラント層の間に積層される金属ホイル層とを含み、
特定領域において前記金属ホイル層の内側に位置する前記シーラント層及び前記ガスバリア層の一部が除去され、前記金属ホイル層が外部に露出される、二次電池用パウチ。 - 前記特定領域は、
前記負極から延在する負極リードが存在する領域と対応する、請求項11に記載の二次電池用パウチ。 - 前記負極リードは、
前記特定領域を介して露出される前記金属ホイル層と溶接され連結される、請求項12に記載の二次電池用パウチ。 - 前記ガスバリア層及び前記金属ホイル層の間には、互いに絶縁する絶縁層がさらに含まれる、請求項11~13の何れか一項に記載の二次電池用パウチ。
- 前記金属ホイル層は、
前記ガスバリア層とクラッド圧延(clad-rolled)される、請求項11~13の何れか一項に記載の二次電池用パウチ。 - 請求項1~10の何れか一項に記載のパウチ型二次電池を単位電池として含む電池モジュール。
- 請求項16に記載の電池モジュールを含む電池パック。
- 請求項17に記載の電池パックを含むデバイス。
- 前記デバイスは、
コンピューター、ノートパソコン、スマートフォン、携帯電話、タブレットPC、ウェアラブル電子機器、パワーツール(Power Tool)、電気自動車(Electric Vehicle、EV)、ハイブリッド電気自動車(Hybrid Electric Vehicle、HEV)、プラグインハイブリッド電気自動車(Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicle、PHEV)又は電力貯蔵装置である、請求項18に記載のデバイス。
