Claims (4)
- 翼根部と翼部とを有する翼の製造方法であって、
金属粒子を型に向けて噴射し金属射出成形で翼を造形する成形工程と、
少なくとも2つに分割され、前記翼部の背側に取り付けられる背側治具と、前記翼部の腹側に取り付けられる腹側治具と、を含み、前記翼の形状が内部に形成された型である治具の前記型が形成された面で前記翼を挟み、前記治具を前記翼に取り付ける治具取付工程と、
前記治具を取り付けた前記翼に熱処理を施す熱処理工程と、を備えることを特徴とする翼の製造方法。 - 前記治具取付工程は、前記治具が前記翼を挟んだ状態で、前記翼を挟む向きに前記治具を押える押さえ部を前記治具に取り付け、
前記熱処理工程は、前記押さえ部が前記治具に取り付けられた状態で前記熱処理を施すことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の翼の製造方法。 - 前記金属粒子は、チタンアルミ合金で形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の翼の製造方法。
- 前記治具は、前記翼と接触する面に絶縁体層が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の翼の製造方法。
