Claims (4)
- 二酸化炭素固定剤を含有した固定反応液を供給する固定反応液供給手段と、二酸化炭素を含む気体を基端側開口部から導入して先端側開口部から放出する管状の反応管とを備え、前記反応管内部に導入した前記気体に前記固定反応液供給手段で前記固定反応液を供給して接触させることで二酸化炭素の固定を行う二酸化炭素固定装置において、前記反応管は、基端側から先端側に向かって全体として直立又は斜め上向きに配置されるとともに、その内側面に付着した液体が壁面を伝って低い位置に集まりながら基端側に向かって自重で流下する形状とされており、前記固定反応液供給手段は、前記反応管内部で先端が開口する複数本のノズルを有して前記先端から前記固定反応液を噴出するものとされ、噴出した前記固定反応液が、前記気体の二酸化炭素を吸収しながら前記反応管の内側面に付着して反応管内を流下する過程で固定反応を進めるとともに、前記反応管基端側に開口した固定反応液排出路に流入して下流側の固定物回収手段により二酸化炭素の固定物が回収可能な状態とされ、且つ、前記二酸化炭素固定剤として水酸化ナトリウムと、第2族元素の塩化物及び2価の金属元素の塩化物のうち少なくとも一方を使用するものとされており、前記固定反応液供給手段は、前記反応管内部の基端側から先端側に亘って複数本の前記ノズルを連設して備えており、その上側所定範囲のものが水酸化ナトリウム水溶液を供給し、その下側所定範囲のものが第2族元素の塩化物及び2価の金属元素の塩化物のうち少なくとも一方の水溶液を供給するものとして、前記反応管の上側と下側における2段階の反応により二酸化炭素の固定を行う、ことを特徴とする二酸化炭素の固定装置。
- 前記反応管内で液体が流れ落ちる流路の所定位置には、炭酸イオン濃度を測定するセンサが配置されており、前記センサによる測定データを基に、前記反応管内で供給される第2族元素の塩化物及び2価の金属元素の塩化物のうち少なくとも一方による水溶液の濃度又は/及び供給量が調整される、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載した二酸化炭素固定装置。
- 前記反応管内部の所定位置には、前記センサによる測定データを基に水を噴出して前記反応管内部で流下する液体中の炭酸イオン濃度を低下させる希釈手段が配設されている、ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載した二酸化炭素固定装置。
- 前記第2族元素の塩化物及び2価の金属元素の塩化物のうち少なくとも一方が、塩化カルシウムである、ことを特徴とする請求項1,2又は3に記載した二酸化炭素固定装置。
