Description
[X(YOmRf)n]-
[OSO2CnF2n+1]-
[N(SO2CnF2n+1)2]-
[C(SO2CnF2n+1)2]-
硬化率は、ゲル分率を通じて評価した。実施例または比較例で製造された架橋性組成物を適切な厚さでコーティングした後、約120℃の温度で約3分間維持した後、さらに50℃で約3日間維持して架橋層を形成し、その後、当該架橋層を7日間恒温除湿室(23℃, 50%相対湿度)に維持した。その後、架橋層の中から約0.2g(=ゲル分率測定数式でA)を採取した。採取された架橋物を50mLのエチルアセテートに完全に浸るように入れた後、常温の暗室で1日間保管した。次に、エチルアセテートに溶解しない部分(不溶解分)を#200ステンレス金網に採取し、これを150℃で30分間乾燥して、質量(不溶解分の乾燥質量=ゲル分率測定数式でB)を測定した。次に、前記測定結果を下記式に代入してゲル分率(単位:%)を測定した。
ゲル分率=B/A×100
A:粘着剤の質量(0.2g)
B:不溶解分の乾燥質量(単位:g)
面抵抗は、三菱社の面抵抗測定機を使用してプローブ方式で確認した。また、高温面抵抗は、架橋層を80℃で約120時間維持した後、前記方式で評価し、耐湿熱面抵抗は、架橋層を60℃の温度および90%の相対湿度で約240時間維持した後、前記方式で評価した。
NMRは、Bruker 500MHz NMR機器を使用してLi NMRで確認した。
窒素ガスが還流され、温度調節が容易となるように冷却装置を設置した1Lの反応器にn-ブチルアクリレート(n-BA)およびアクリル酸(AA)を95:5の重量比(n-BA:AA)で投入し、溶剤としてエチルアセテート(EAc)100重量部を投入した。次に、酸素除去のために窒素ガスを1時間パージングした後、反応開始剤としてエチルアセテートに50重量%の濃度で希釈させたアゾビスイソブチロニトリル(AIBN)0.03重量部を投入し、8時間反応させて、分子量(Mw)が約180万程度である共重合体(A)を製造した。
製造例1の共重合体(A)にエポキシ架橋剤(T-743L、日本のSOKEN社)を前記共重合体(A)の固形分100重量部に対して約0.037重量部の比率で配合し、イオン性化合物として、リチウムビス(トリフルオロメタンスルホニル)イミド(LiTFSI)を前記共重合体(A)の固形分100重量部に対して約0.74重量部の比率で配合した後、さらにアセチルアセトンを前記共重合体(A)の固形分100重量部に対して約0.03重量部の比率で配合して、架橋性組成物を製造した。
実施例1に準じた方式で行うものの、イオン性化合物として、リチウムビス(トリフルオロメタンスルホニル)イミド(LiTFSI)を製造例1の共重合体(A)の固形分100重量部に対して約3.7重量部で配合し、アセチルアセトンを前記共重合体(A)の固形分100重量部に対して約0.03重量部の比率で配合して、架橋性組成物を製造した。
実施例1に準じた方式で行うものの、イオン性化合物として、リチウムビス(トリフルオロメタンスルホニル)イミド(LiTFSI)を製造例1の共重合体(A)の固形分100重量部に対して約3.7重量部で配合し、アセチルアセトンを前記共重合体(A)の固形分100重量部に対して約0.15重量部の比率で配合して、架橋性組成物を製造した。
イオン性化合物とアセチルアセトンを適用しないことを除いて、実施例1と同一に架橋性組成物を製造した。

アセチルアセトンを配合しないことを除いて、実施例2と同一に架橋性組成物を製造した。
前記実施例1~3および比較例1~3の各架橋性組成物に対して硬化率を前記に言及された方式で測定した結果、実施例1~3の場合、それぞれ85.3%、45.5%および80%であり、比較例1~3の場合、それぞれ81.5%、78.9%および0%であった。
Claims (10)
- 架橋性単量体単位としてのカルボキシル基含有単量体を含むアクリル重合体と、リチウムカチオンを有するイオン性化合物と、前記リチウムカチオンと複合体を形成して架橋を促進するアセチルアセトンとを含み、
イソシアネート系架橋剤、エポキシ系架橋剤またはアジリジン系架橋剤をさらに含み、
前記アセチルアセトンが、イオン性化合物100重量部に対して0.01~30重量部の比率で含まれ、
前記アクリル重合体は、アルキル(メタ)アクリレート単位をさらに含み、前記架橋性単量体単位は、前記アルキル(メタ)アクリレート単位100重量部に対して0.01~10重量部の比率の範囲内で含まれる、架橋性組成物。 - イオン性化合物は、下記化学式1のアニオンを含む、請求項1に記載の架橋性組成物:

化学式2~4でnは、0~4の範囲内の数である。 - イオン性化合物は、アクリル重合体100重量部に対して0.001~20重量部で含まれる、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の架橋性組成物。
- イオン性化合物は、アクリル重合体100重量部に対して3重量部以上の比率で含まれる、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の架橋性組成物。
- 架橋剤は、アクリル重合体100重量部に対して10重量部以下の比率で含まれる、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の架橋性組成物。
- 架橋剤は、アクリル重合体100重量部に対して1重量部以下の比率で含まれる、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の架橋性組成物。
- 光学フィルムと、前記光学フィルムの一面に形成されており、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の架橋性組成物の架橋物を有する粘着剤層とを含む光学積層体。
- 保護用基材フィルムと、前記基材フィルムの一面に形成されており、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の架橋性組成物の架橋物を有する粘着剤層とを含む表面保護フィルム。
- 請求項8に記載の光学積層体がその粘着剤層を介して付着しているディスプレイパネルを含むディスプレイ装置。
