Description
Claims (13)
- 絶縁被覆及び導電線を含む電線及び前記導電線と結合して端部に端子を有するターミナルを含む配線ユニットと;
前記端子が配置される第1モールディング部及び前記第1モールディング部から延びて前記導電線及び前記絶縁被覆の一部が配置される空間を有する第2モールディング部を含むベースと;
前記第2モールディング部と結合して前記電線を固定する固定部材と;及び
前記空間に満たされて前記第1モールディング部及び前記第2モールディング部をモールディングするモールディング部材と;
前記固定部材及び前記第2モールディング部の間に配置され、前記電線外側に配置されて前記電線を加圧する円筒状のグロメットと;を含み、
前記グロメットの内径は、前記電線の中心を基準に前記絶縁被覆の外径より小さく形成され、
前記モールディング部材は前記グロメットの外面を覆い、
前記グロメットは、前記モールディング部材の射出圧力によって圧縮された状態であり、かつ、収縮する収縮力を有する収縮部材を含む、モーターコネクター。 - 前記グロメットは内部に中孔が形成され、
前記グロメットは前記絶縁被覆の外側面を覆う請求項1に記載のモーターコネクター。 - 前記グロメットの内径は、前記電線の中心を基準に前記絶縁被覆の外径の60%乃至75%である請求項1又は2に記載のモーターコネクター。
- 前記モールディング部材は、伸縮性及び接着性を有するゴム、エポキシ及びシリコーンのうちのいずれかを含む請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載のモーターコネクター。
- 前記第1モールディング部は、前記第1モールディング部の中心を基準に前記第1モールディング部の上面枠に沿って形成されるトレンチ形状の溝を含み、
前記溝には前記第2モールディング部に形成された前記モールディング部材が満たされて密封リングを形成する請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載のモーターコネクター。 - 前記固定部材は前記グロメットに結合される請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載のモーターコネクター。
- 前記グロメットは、シリコーン及びゴム中のいずれかを含む請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載のモーターコネクター。
- 前記電線は、電源が印加される複数の電源線及びセンシング信号が入出力される複数のセンシング線を含む請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項に記載のモーターコネクター。
- 前記第2モールディング部は、底部及び前記底部の枠から上側に延びて前記空間を形成する複数の側壁部を含み、
前記底部は、前記底部の上面で上側に突出して形成される段差を含み、
前記底部は、前記段差の上面で窪んで形成されるスリット状を有するターミナル収納溝を含み、
前記複数の側壁部中のいずれかには前記電線が配置される電線収納溝が形成される請求項1乃至8のいずれか1項に記載のモーターコネクター。 - 前記電線収納溝が形成される前記第2モールディング部の前記側壁部は、前記固定部材と結合する第1結合部が形成されて、
前記固定部材には前記第1結合部と結合する第2結合部が形成された請求項9に記載のモーターコネクター。 - 前記第1モールディング部と前記第2モールディング部との間には前記モールディング部材の漏洩を防止する遮断壁が配置される請求項1乃至10のいずれか1項に記載のモーターコネクター。
- 絶縁被覆及び導電線を含む電線及び前記導電線と結合して端部に端子を有するターミナルを含む配線ユニットと、前記端子が配置される第1モールディング部及び前記第1モールディング部から延びて前記導電線及び前記絶縁被覆の一部が配置される空間を有する第2モールディング部を含むベースと、前記第2モールディング部と結合して前記電線を固定する固定部材と、 前記空間に満たされて前記第1モールディング部及び前記第2モールディング部をモールディングするモールディング部材と;及び前記固定部材及び前記第2モールディング部の間に配置され、前記電線外側に配置されて前記電線を加圧する円筒状のグロメットと、を含むモーターコネクターと;
前記ベースの中央に配置されるベアリングと;及び
前記ベアリングに結合された軸を含むモーター本体と;を含み、
前記グロメットの内径は、前記電線の中心を基準に前記絶縁被覆の外径より小さく形成され、
前記モールディング部材は前記グロメットの外面を覆い、
前記グロメットは、前記モールディング部材の射出圧力によって圧縮された状態であり、かつ、収縮する収縮力を有する収縮部材を含む、モーター。 - 前記グロメットの内径は、前記電線の中心を基準に前記絶縁被覆の外径の60%乃至75%である請求項12に記載のモーター。
