Claims (11)
- 積層配列されたバッテリーセルと、前記バッテリーセルを収容するセルケースと、前記バッテリーセルに電気的に接続し、正極第1バスバーの一端及び負極第1バスバーの一端が前記セルケースの外部へ延びる正極第1バスバー及び負極第1バスバーと、を含むセルモジュールアセンブリーと、
BMS回路基板と、前記BMS回路基板の縁部に垂直に固定される電流センサーユニットと、前記BMS回路基板を支持するBMSハウジングと、を含み、前記BMSハウジングの下部が前記セルケースに結合されるように設けられたBMSアセンブリーと、
正極ターミナル及び負極ターミナルと、前記正極ターミナル及び前記負極ターミナルに電気的に接続する正極第2バスバー及び負極第2バスバーと、を含み、前記BMSハウジングの上部を覆うパックカバーと、
を備え、
前記負極第1バスバーの一端及び前記負極第2バスバーの一端はそれぞれ、前記電流センサーユニットに垂直に接続されており、
前記電流センサーユニットは、前記負極第1バスバー及び前記負極第2バスバーと接続するプレート状の金属抵抗体の形態で設けられたシャントであって、前記シャントの両端部にボルト締結用ホールを備え、前記BMS回路基板に対して垂直に配置されるシャントと、
前記シャントを垂直に立てられるようにクランピングし、前記BMS回路基板の上に固定的に結合されたシャント支持部材と、を含み、
前記BMS回路基板は、その縁部の一側に前記シャント支持部材とねじ結合するシャント設置部が設けられ、前記シャント設置部を基準にして前記BMS回路基板の両側部分は少なくとも前記シャントの長さ分だけ空間が形成されるように切り取られたことを特徴とするバッテリーパック。 - 前記シャント支持部材は、前記シャントの中心部が挟まれるスロット形態で設けられたクランピング部と、前記シャント設置部の端部を囲むように、前記シャント設置部に取り付けられたマウンティング部と、を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記マウンティング部は、前記マウンティング部の下面から垂直に延びる組立ガイドピンを備え、前記シャント設置部は、前記組立ガイドピンが挿入されるガイドピンホールをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記BMSハウジングは、前記BMS回路基板が載置される水平面を有し、
前記BMSハウジングの水平面には、ナットが前記シャントのボルト締結用ホールの後方に位置するように、前記ナットを垂直に支持するナット支持部材をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記BMSハウジングの水平面は、前記負極第1バスバーを前記シャントの鉛直下部で直結できるように前記シャントの下部が開放された形態を有するバスバーアクセス部を含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記パックカバー及び前記BMSハウジングには、その外周方向に沿って互いにスナップフィット締結される第1係止ホール及び第1係止突起が設けられ、
前記BMSハウジング及び前記セルケースには、その外周方向に沿って互いにスナップフィット締結される第2係止ホール及び第2係止突起が設けられることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記BMSハウジングは、前記BMSハウジングの下面から鉛直下方へ予め決められた長さ分だけ延びるように形成された少なくとも一つのレッグをさらに備え、
前記セルケースは、前記少なくとも一つのレッグと一対一に挿入結合するレッグ挿入ホールを備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記少なくとも一つのレッグは、前記レッグ挿入ホールに挿入深さが制限されるように設けられ、その結果、前記BMSハウジングは、前記バッテリーセルから所定の間隔で離間されるように支持されることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 上下方向において互いに対応する前記BMSハウジングの外周及び前記パックカバーの外周は前記BMSハウジングと前記パックカバーとが結合された時に締結口が前記BMSハウジングと前記パックカバーとの間に形成されるように、部分的に凹んでおり、前記締結口は、前記シャントの両端部に前記負極第1バスバー及び前記負極第2バスバーをボルト締結できる空間を形成することを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記パックカバーは、外側方向へ膨らむように形成されて、前記パックカバーの内側に空間を形成する突出部を備え、前記突出部に、バッテリーセルの電流を遮断する電流遮断ユニットが取り付けられることを特徴とする請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーパックを含む、自動車。
