Claims (13)
- 積層配列されたバッテリーセルと、前記バッテリーセルを収容するセルケースと、前記バッテリーセルに電気的に接続し、一端が前記セルケースの外部へ延びるように設けられる正極第1バスバー及び負極第1バスバーと、を備えるセルモジュールアセンブリーと、
BMS回路基板と、前記BMS回路基板の縁部に垂直に固定される電流センサーユニットと、前記BMS回路基板を支持するBMSハウジングと、を備え、前記BMSハウジングの下部が前記セルケースに結合可能に設けられたBMSアセンブリーと、
正極ターミナル及び負極ターミナルと、前記正極ターミナル及び負極ターミナルに電気的に接続する正極第2バスバー及び負極第2バスバーと、を備え、前記BMSハウジングの上部を覆うパックカバーと、を含み、
前記負極第1バスバー及び前記負極第2バスバーは、一端が各々前記電流センサーユニットに垂直に接続可能に設けられたことを特徴とするバッテリーパック。 - 前記電流センサーユニットは、
前記負極第1バスバー及び前記負極第2バスバーと接続するプレート形態の金属抵抗体であって、両端部にボルト締結用ホールを備え、前記BMS回路基板に対して垂直に配置されるシャントと、
前記シャントを垂直に立てられるようにクランピングし、前記BMS回路基板の上に固定結合するように設けられたシャント支持部材と、を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記BMS回路基板は、
縁部の一側に前記シャント支持部材とねじ結合するシャント設置部が設けられ、前記シャント設置部を基準にして両サイド部分は少なくとも前記シャントの長さだけ空間が形成されるように切り取られたことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記シャント支持部材は、
前記シャントの中心部が挟まれ得るスロット形態で設けられるクランピング部と、前記シャント設置部の端部を囲み、前記シャント設置部に取り付けられるマウンティング部と、を含むことを特徴とする請求項3に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記マウンティング部は、下面から垂直に延びる組立ガイドピンを備え、前記シャント設置部は、前記組立ガイドピンが挿入可能に形成されたガイドピンホールをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項4に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記BMSハウジングは、
前記BMS回路基板が載置される水平面を有し、前記水平面には前記シャントのボルト締結用ホールの後方にナットが位置するように前記ナットを支持するように設けられたナット支持部材をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項3から5のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記BMSハウジングの水平面は、
前記負極第1バスバーを前記シャントの鉛直下部で直結できるように前記シャントの下部が開放された形態を有するバスバーアクセス部を含むことを特徴とする請求項4に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記パックカバー及び前記BMSハウジングには、外周方向に沿って相互にスナップフィット締結可能に設けられる第1係止ホール及び第1係止突起が設けられ、
前記BMSハウジング及び前記セルケースには外周方向に沿って相互にスナップフィット締結可能に設けられる第2係止ホール及び第2係止突起が設けられることを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記BMSハウジングは、
前記BMSハウジングの下面から鉛直下方へ予め決められた長さだけ延びて形成された少なくとも一つのレッグをさらに備え、
前記セルケースは、
前記少なくとも一つのレッグと一対一に挿入結合するレッグ挿入ホールを備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記少なくとも一つのレッグは、前記レッグ挿入ホールに挿入深さが制限されるように設けられ、前記BMSハウジングが前記バッテリーセルから所定の間隔を隔てて支持されることを特徴とする請求項9に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記BMSハウジング及び前記パックカバーは各々、上下方向において対応する外周が部分的に切開されて設けられ、相互結合時、前記シャントの両端部に前記負極第1バスバー及び前記負極第2バスバーをボルト締結できる空間を形成する締結口が設けられることを特徴とする請求項2から7のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記パックカバーは、
外側方向へ膨らむように形成され、内側に空間を形成する突出部を備え、前記突出部に、バッテリーセルの電流を遮断する電流遮断ユニットが取り付けられるように設けられたことを特徴とする請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーパックを含む、自動車。
