Claims (14)
- 上面に形成される少なくとも一対の第1把持溝、及び少なくとも一つのコネクタを備える一対のバッテリーモジュールと、
前記一対のバッテリーモジュールの下端に結合され、地面に固定される支持プレートと、
前記第1把持溝に挿入されるガイド突出部を備え、前記コネクタを通じて前記一対のバッテリーモジュールにプラグインタイプで結合されるBMSアセンブリと、
を含むバッテリーパック。 - 前記バッテリーモジュールは、
複数のバッテリーセルを含むセル積層体と、
前記セル積層体を収容するモジュールハウジングと、
前記モジュールハウジングの下端開口部を覆う下部カバーと、
前記モジュールハウジングの上端開口部を覆う上部カバーアセンブリと、
を含む、請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記上部カバーアセンブリは、
前記モジュールハウジングの上端開口部を覆い、その長手方向の一側に形成された前記コネクタを備え、その中心部に下方に凹設された上部カバー溝を備える上部カバーと、
前記上部カバー溝内に固定され、前記バッテリーセルと電気的に接続されるヒューズと、
前記上部カバー溝内で前記ヒューズを覆うヒューズカバーと、
前記上部カバー溝の上端を覆い、前記上部カバーに結合されるカバープレートと、
を含む、請求項2に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記カバープレートは、
少なくとも一対のカバープレート孔を備え、前記ヒューズカバーと離隔した状態で設けられて、前記カバープレートと前記ヒューズカバーとの間に前記第1把持溝が形成される、請求項3に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記BMSアセンブリは、
前記一対のバッテリーモジュールと結合されるBMS本体と、
前記BMS本体の上部に結合されるBMSカバーと、
を含む、請求項4に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記バッテリーパックは、
前記BMSカバーの長手方向の一側及び他側と前記BMS本体との間に形成される第2把持溝を備える、請求項5に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記ガイド突出部は、
前記BMS本体の下面に形成され、前記カバープレート孔を通って前記第1把持溝内に挿入されて前記BMSアセンブリとバッテリーモジュールとの結合をガイドする、請求項5又は6に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記バッテリーパックは、
前記ガイド突出部と前記カバープレート孔の内側との間に介在されるガスケットをさらに含む、請求項7に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記セル積層体とモジュールハウジングとの間にはガス流路が形成される、請求項2に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記下部カバーは、
その長手方向の両側に形成されて前記ガス流路と連通される下部カバー孔を備える、請求項9に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記下部カバー孔内にはメッシュフィルターが挿入される、請求項10に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記下部カバーは、下方に延設された複数の第1隔壁を備える、請求項11に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記支持プレートは、
上方に延設された複数の第2隔壁と、
長手方向の中心部に形成されたガス排出孔と、
を備える、請求項12に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 対応する位置に形成される前記第1隔壁と第2隔壁とは互いに重なる、請求項13に記載のバッテリーパック。
