Claims (8)
- バスバーによって相互連結される複数のバッテリーモジュールと、
前記バッテリーモジュールを収容するモジュール収容部を備えるモールドアセンブリであって、前記バッテリーモジュールが前記モジュール収容部内に締り嵌めされる、モールドアセンブリと、
前記モールドアセンブリを収容するパックケースと、
を備え、
前記モールドアセンブリは、
前記バッテリーモジュールを収容するメインモールドと、
前記メインモールドの上側開口部を覆うルーフモールドと、
を備え、
前記バッテリーモジュールは、複数のバッテリーセルが電気的に連結された状態でモジュールケース内に収納されており、
前記ルーフモールドは、前記メインモールドと対向するルーフモールド面上に形成されたバスバー収容部を備え、
前記パックケースは、前記メインモールド及び前記ルーフモールドを収容していることを特徴とするバッテリーパック。 - 前記バッテリーモジュールは、複数のバッテリーセルを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記バスバーは、前記複数のバッテリーモジュールのそれぞれに備えられた外部端子の間を連結することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記メインモールドとルーフモールドとは、締結ボルトによって締結されることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記モジュール収容部は、前記バッテリーモジュールと対応する形状を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記モールドアセンブリは、高分子樹脂からなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記バスバー収容部は、前記バスバーの個数だけ形成されており、前記バスバーと対応する形状及びサイズを有することを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記バスバーが前記バスバー収容部内に締り嵌めされるように、前記バスバーと前記バスバー収容部の内側面とが面接触していることを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーパック。
