Description
Claims (10)
- ターボ分子ポンプであって、
ハウジングと、
前記ハウジングに配置されたポンピング機構であって、回転軸を有する回転子シャフトを含むポンピング機構と、
前記回転軸の周りの前記ハウジングに対する回転のために前記回転子シャフトを支持し、転がり軸受を含む複数の軸受と、
デフレクターと、
潤滑剤供給システムと、
潤滑剤を前記潤滑剤供給システムから前記転がり軸受まで移送するために前記回転子シャフト上に設けられた潤滑剤移送デバイスと、を備え、
前記転がり軸受は、前記潤滑剤移送デバイスと前記デフレクターの中間に配置され、前記デフレクターは、前記転がり軸受を通過する潤滑剤を前記回転子シャフトに対して外向きに偏向させるように構成され、
前記デフレクターは、前記転がり軸受に面する上流主面を含み、前記上流主面は、前記回転軸に対して傾斜した面を有し、
前記デフレクターは、前記転がり軸受から離れる向きに面する下流主面と、潤滑剤に前記デフレクターから滴下する液滴を形成させ潤滑剤が前記下流主面を前記回転子シャフトまで流れることを防止するように構成された液滴形成器と、を有し、
前記液滴形成器は、前記下流主面に配置された周方向に延びるスカートを有し、
収集チャネルを更に備え、
前記デフレクターは、前記潤滑剤を前記収集チャネルの中に偏向させるように構成され、
前記収集チャネルは、前記回転軸から第1の半径方向距離に配置された上流端を有し、
前記デフレクターは、前記回転軸から第2の半径方向距離に配置された外周を有し、
前記第2の半径方向距離は、少なくとも前記第1の半径方向距離に等しい、
ことを特徴とするターボ分子ポンプ。 - 前記デフレクターは、ポリマーで作られる、
請求項1に記載のターボ分子ポンプ。 - 前記デフレクターは、前記回転子シャフトに装着される、
請求項1または2に記載のターボ分子ポンプ。 - 前記デフレクターは、前記回転子シャフトの嵌合部分を受け入れるボアを有し、かつ前記ボアに隣接して撓みを与えるために少なくとも1つの切り抜きが設けられる、
請求項3に記載のターボ分子ポンプ。 - 前記潤滑剤供給システムは、潤滑剤リザーバ本体と、前記潤滑剤移送デバイスと係合するように前記リザーバ本体から内向きに突出するフィンガと、潤滑剤を前記収集チャネルから前記潤滑剤リザーバ本体まで移送するために前記潤滑剤リザーバ本体から前記収集チャネルまで延びる潤滑剤戻り部材とを有している、
請求項1に記載のターボ分子ポンプ。 - 前記潤滑剤供給システムは、前記収集チャネルに配置されて前記潤滑剤戻り部材と係合している吸収性収集器本体を更に有している、
請求項5に記載のターボ分子ポンプ。 - 前記フィンガ及び前記潤滑剤戻り部材は、一体的本体部材によって接続されている、
請求項5又は6に記載のターボ分子ポンプ。 - 前記本体部材は、第1の主面と第2の主面とを有する平面本体であり、前記リザーバ本体は、少なくとも一方の前記主面に係合する、
請求項7に記載のターボ分子ポンプ。 - 前記潤滑剤リザーバ本体を保持する主ホルダ本体と、前記主ホルダ本体から延びて、前記主ホルダ本体に設けられた開口を通って延びる前記潤滑剤戻り部材を保持する戻り部材ホルダ本体とを有するホルダを更に有している、
請求項5から8のいずれか1項に記載のターボ分子ポンプ。 - 前記回転子シャフトは、前記ハウジングに配置された仕切りに設けられたボアを通って延び、前記ボアは、前記デフレクターと前記ポンピング機構の間に配置され、かつ前記回転軸に関して前記回転軸の周りに周方向に延びる前記デフレクターの少なくとも一部分の半径方向内向きに配置されたボア壁によって定められている、
請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載のターボ分子ポンプ。
