Claims (4)
- 電解質膜の一方の面に第1電極が設けられるとともに前記電解質膜の他方の面に第2電極が設けられてなる電解質膜・電極構造体と、
前記電解質膜・電極構造体の外周部に全周に亘って設けられた樹脂シートを有する枠部材と、
を備えた枠付き電解質膜・電極構造体であって、
前記電解質膜の外周部は、前記第2電極と前記樹脂シートとの間に配置され、前記第2電極の外周部に積層されるとともに、接着層を介して前記樹脂シートの内周部に接合されており、
前記枠部材は、前記樹脂シートのうち前記第2電極よりも外方に延出する部位に前記接着層を介して接合された他の樹脂シートを有し、
前記他の樹脂シートの内周部は、前記電解質膜・電極構造体の厚さ方向から見て、前記第1電極の外周部と重なる重なり部を有し、
前記樹脂シートの弾性率は、前記電解質膜の弾性率よりも大きく、
前記接着層の弾性率は、前記樹脂シートの弾性率及び前記電解質膜の弾性率よりも小さい、枠付き電解質膜・電極構造体。 - 請求項1記載の枠付き電解質膜・電極構造体において、
前記第1電極には、前記樹脂シートの内周端に対応する位置に段差が設けられている、枠付き電解質膜・電極構造体。 - 請求項1記載の枠付き電解質膜・電極構造体において、
前記電解質膜及び前記接着層の各厚みは、前記樹脂シートの厚みよりも小さい、枠付き電解質膜・電極構造体。 - 電解質膜の一方の面に第1電極が設けられるとともに前記電解質膜の他方の面に第2電極が設けられてなる電解質膜・電極構造体と、前記電解質膜・電極構造体の外周部に全周に亘って設けられた樹脂シートを有する枠部材と、を有する枠付き電解質膜・電極構造体と、
前記枠付き電解質膜・電極構造体の両側にそれぞれ積層されたセパレータと、
を備えた燃料電池であって、
前記電解質膜の外周部は、前記第2電極と前記樹脂シートとの間に配置され、前記第2電極の外周部に積層されるとともに、接着層を介して前記樹脂シートの内周部に接合されており、
前記枠部材は、前記樹脂シートのうち前記第2電極よりも外方に延出する部位に前記接着層を介して接合された他の樹脂シートを有し、
前記他の樹脂シートの内周部は、前記電解質膜・電極構造体の厚さ方向から見て、前記第1電極の外周部と重なる重なり部を有し、
前記樹脂シートの弾性率は、前記電解質膜の弾性率よりも大きく、
前記接着層の弾性率は、前記樹脂シートの弾性率及び前記電解質膜の弾性率よりも小さい、燃料電池。
