Claims (8)
- 好適にはプラスチックから成る、中心軸線(3)を有し、媒体を搬送する主管(2)のための管穴あけ用取り付け具(1)であって、該管穴あけ用取り付け具(1)は主管(2)に配置されており、サドル部材(4)と、中心軸線(6)を有する出口管(5)と、穿孔管片(7)とを有し、該穿孔管片(7)内には、前記主管(2)の穴あけのための、好適にはねじ山を備えた穿孔装置(8)が摺動可能に配置されており、前記穿孔管片(7)は中心軸線(9)を有している、管穴あけ用取り付け具(1)において、
前記出口管(5)の前記中心軸線(6)は水平に、かつ前記穿孔装置(8)によって前記主管に穿孔された孔(13)を通って延在しており、前記主管(2)の上方の頂点(10)よりも下方に配置されており、前記出口管は変向されずに、前記主管に直接進入もしくは接続されており、前記穿孔管片(7)の前記中心軸線(9)は、前記主管(2)の前記中心軸線(3)に垂直に向けられており、または、前記穿孔管片(7)の前記中心軸線(9)は、前記主管(2)の前記中心軸線(3)に直角に交差していることを特徴とする、管穴あけ用取り付け具(1)。 - 前記出口管(5)の上方の頂部線(11)は、前記主管(2)の前記上方の頂点(10)よりも下方に配置されている、請求項1記載の管穴あけ用取り付け具(1)。
- 前記穿孔管片(7)の前記中心軸線(9)は、前記出口管(5)の前記中心軸線(6)に対して角度α<90°を成して配置されている、請求項1または2記載の管穴あけ用取り付け具(1)。
- 前記穿孔管片(7)の前記中心軸線(9)と前記出口管(5)の前記中心軸線(6)とは1つの平面(12)上に配置されており、該平面(12)は、前記主管の前記中心軸線(3)に対して直角に配置されている、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の管穴あけ用取り付け具(1)。
- 前記サドル部材(4)は穿孔開口(14)を有しており、該穿孔開口は好適には、前記穿孔装置(8)の穿孔直径に相当しており、前記出口管(5)の前記中心軸線(6)は前記穿孔開口(14)を通って延在している、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の管穴あけ用取り付け具(1)。
- 前記穿孔管片(7)の前記中心軸線(9)と前記出口管(5)の前記中心軸線(6)とは1つの平面(12)上に延在しており、前記主管(2)の内径の領域内で互いに交差している、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の管穴あけ用取り付け具(1)。
- 前記穿孔管片(7)における穴あけ中のシール性はシール部材(15)を介して保証されており、該シール部材(15)は前記穿孔管片(7)の内径のところに配置されており、好適には前記シール部材(15)はOリングまたは異形シール部材として形成されている、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の管穴あけ用取り付け具(1)。
- 前記シール部材(15)はプラスチックシールドとして形成されており、該プラスチックシールドは、穿孔前は前記穿孔管片(7)を閉鎖しており、穿孔後、前記穿孔管片(7)と前記穿孔装置(8)との間のシール部材(15)として機能する、請求項7記載の管穴あけ用取り付け具(1)。
