Claims (11)
- 電子装置であって、ケースと、スピーカチャンバと、少なくとも一つのアクチュエータセンサモジュールと、を含み、
該ケースが開口を備え、
該スピーカチャンバが該ケースの内部に設置され、スピーカを包囲する構造を構成し、かつ該ケースの該開口に連通され、該スピーカチャンバが該開口箇所に合わせて設置された仕切り板により2つのチャンバに仕切られ、該開口が該2つのチャンバにそれぞれ連通され、
該少なくとも一つのアクチュエータセンサモジュールが該2つのチャンバのうち1つのチャンバ内に設置され、該他方のチャンバにスピーカが設置され、該アクチュエータセンサモジュールが、前記センサに流体輸送装置を組み合わせて構成され、該流体輸送装置が駆動されて作動し、流体を輸送して、該電子装置の外部環境の流体を該開口から取り込み、該チャンバ内に流入させ、該センサで該チャンバ内に流入した該流体を測定する、
ことを特徴とする、電子装置。 - 前記スピーカチャンバが該電子装置内の空間から隔離された独立チャンバであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電子装置。
- 前記センサと該流体輸送装置が統合して基板上に設置されてから、該チャンバ内に設置できることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電子装置。
- 前記センサと該流体輸送装置が、特定用途向け集積回路、システムオンチップ上に統合してパッケージしてから、チャンバ内に設置できることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電子装置。
- 前記センサが、オゾンセンサ、光センサ、微粒子センサ、揮発性有機物センサのうち1つまたはそれらの組み合わせを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電子装置。
- 前記センサがさらに、酸素センサ、一酸化炭素センサ、二酸化炭素センサ、温度センサ、液体センサ、湿度センサのうち1つまたはそれらの組み合わせを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電子装置。
- 前記流体輸送装置がMEMSポンプであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電子装置。
- 前記流体輸送装置が圧電駆動ポンプであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電子装置。
- 前記流体輸送装置が、気体導入板と、共振片と、圧電アクチュエータと、を含み、
該気体導入板が、少なくとも一つの気体導入孔と、少なくとも一つの合流孔と、合流チャンバを構成する中心凹部を備え、該少なくとも一つの気体導入孔が流体の導入に用いられ、該合流孔が該気体導入孔に対応し、かつ該気体導入孔の流体をガイドして該中心凹部が構成する該合流チャンバに合流させ、
該共振片が、該合流チャンバに対応する中空孔を備え、かつ該中空孔の周囲が可動部であり、
該圧電アクチュエータが、該共振片に対応して設置され、
そのうち、該共振片と該圧電アクチュエータの間に間隙が設けられて第1チャンバを形成し、それにより該圧電アクチュエータが駆動されると、流体が該気体導入板の該少なくとも一つの気体導入孔から導入され、該少なくとも一つの合流孔を介して該中心凹部に集められた後、該共振片の該中空孔を経由して該第1チャンバ内に進入し、該圧電アクチュエータと該共振片の可動部により共振を発生して流体が輸送されることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の電子装置。 - 前記圧電アクチュエータが、懸吊板と、外枠と、少なくとも一つのフレームと、圧電片と、を含み、
該懸吊板が第1表面と第2表面を備え、かつ湾曲振動可能であり、
該外枠が該懸吊板の外側に周設され、
該少なくとも一つの支持部が前記懸吊板と前記外枠の間に連接され、弾性的支持を提供し、
該圧電片が辺の長さを備え、前記辺の長さが前記懸吊板の辺の長さに等しい、またはそれより小さく、かつ、前記圧電片が前記懸吊板の第1表面上に貼付され、電圧を印加して前記懸吊板を駆動し、湾曲振動させるために用いられる、
ことを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の電子装置。 - 電子装置であって、ケースと、スピーカーチャンバと、少なくとも1つのアクチュエータセンサモジュールと、を含み、
該ケースが開口を備え、
該スピーカーチャンバが該ケースの内部に設置され、スピーカーを包囲する構造を構成し、かつ該ケースの該開口に連通され、該スピーカーチャンバが該開口箇所に合わせて設置された仕切り板により2つのチャンバに仕切られ、該開口が該2つのチャンバにそれぞれ連通され、
該少なくとも1つのアクチュエータセンサモジュールが該2つのチャンバのうち1つのチャンバ内に設置され、該他方のチャンバにスピーカーが設置され、該アクチュエータセンサモジュールがセンサに流体輸送装置を組み合わせて構成され、該流体輸送装置が駆動されて作動し、流体を輸送して、該電子装置の外部環境の流体を該開口から取り込み、該チャンバ内に流入させ、該センサで該チャンバ内に流入した該流体を測定する、ことを特徴とする、電子装置。
