請求項1:
外科用インプラントの製造方法であって、
前記外科用インプラントにおける第1の構成要素の形成を、
構築プラットフォームに第1の量の材料を堆積させること、
前記第1の量の材料を溶融させて前記第1の構成要素の第1の層を形成すること、
前記第1の構成要素における前記第1の層の上に第2の量の材料を堆積させること、及び
前記第1の層に対して前記第2の量の材料を溶融させて前記第1の構成要素の第2の層を形成すること
によって行うことと、
前記外科用インプラントにおける第2の構成要素の形成を、
前記構築プラットフォームに前記第1の量の材料を堆積させること、
前記第1の量の材料を溶融させて前記第2の構成要素の第1の層を形成すること、
前記第2の構成要素における前記第1の層の上に前記第2の量の材料を堆積させること、及び
前記第1の層に対して前記第2の層の材料を溶融させて前記第2の構成要素の第2の層を形成すること
によって行うことと
を含み、
前記第1及び第2の構成要素の形成が同時に実行され、
前記第1及び第2の構成要素の形成が完了すると、前記外科用インプラントが完全に組み立てられる、製造方法。
請求項2:
製造されるべき前記外科用インプラントの記述を提供することをさらに含み、
前記外科用デバイスの記述が、前記第1の構成要素及び前記第2の構成要素を含み、
前記第1及び第2の構成要素が、互いに対して動くことができる、請求項1に記載の製造方法。
請求項3:
前記外科用インプラントの記述が、コンピュータ支援設計又は製造(CAD/CAM)ファイルの形態にて提供される、請求項2に記載の製造方法。
請求項4:
前記コンピュータ支援設計又は製造(CAD/CAM)ファイルが、STLファイルに変換されている、請求項3に記載の製造方法。
請求項5:
前記第1の構成要素及び前記第2の構成要素における前記材料を、ステンレス鋼、チタン、コバルトクロム、チタン合金、ポリエチレン、ポリカーボネート、PEEK、ポリプロピレン、及びポリスルホンから成る群から選択することをさらに含む請求項1に記載の製造方法。
請求項6:
前記完全に組み立てられた外科用インプラントを前記構築プラットフォームから取り外すことをさらに含む請求項1に記載の製造方法。
請求項7:
前記完全に組み立てられた外科用インプラントから任意のさらなる材料を除去することをさらに含む請求項1に記載の製造方法。
請求項8:
前記外科用インプラントにおける前記第1及び第2の構成要素の形成と同時に、前記外科用インプラントにおける第3の構成要素の形成を行うことをさらに含む請求項1に記載の製造方法。
請求項9:
前記第1及び第2の構成要素が、それぞれ一体構造に形成される、請求項1に記載の製造方法。
請求項10:
前記第1の構成要素が、骨ネジ頭部とネジ付き軸部とを有する骨ネジを含み、
前記第2の構成要素が、ロッド受容ハウジングを含み、
前記骨ネジ頭部が前記ロッド受容ハウジング内に捕捉される、請求項1に記載の製造方法。
請求項11:
中空内部部分及び少なくとも1つの開口を有する一体構造の第1の構成要素と、
前記中空内部部分内に配置された頭部分、及び前記少なくとも1つの開口を通って延びる軸部分を有する一体構造の第2の構成要素と
を備え、
前記頭部分が、前記少なくとも1つの開口よりもことによって前記少なくとも1つの開口を通過できないように構成かつ寸法設定されている、整形外科用インプラント。
請求項12:
前記第1の構成要素が、脊椎ロッドコネクタ部材を含み、
前記第2の構成要素が、受容アームを含み、
前記脊椎ロッドコネクタ部材及び前記受容アームが、玉継手組立体を画定している、請求項11に記載の整形外科用インプラント。
請求項13:
前記第1の構成要素が、ハウジングを含み、
前記第2の構成要素が、頭部と軸部とを有する骨ネジ部材を含み、
前記頭部が前記ハウジング内に配置されており、
前記軸部が、前記少なくとも1つの開口を通って前記ハウジングから延びている、請求項11に記載の整形外科用インプラント。
請求項14:
前記ハウジングが、ロッドを受けるように構成されたU字形の端部をさらに含む、請求項13に記載の整形外科用インプラント。
請求項15:
前記第2の構成要素が前記第1の構成要素内に位置決めされると、完全に組み立てられる請求項11に記載の整形外科用インプラント。
請求項16:
前記第1の構成要素及び前記第2の構成要素が、互いに対して動くことができるようになっている、請求項11に記載の整形外科用インプラント。
請求項17:
前記第1の構成要素及び前記第2の構成要素が、多軸の運動、回転可能な運動、単軸の運動、又は一軸の運動のうち一つにて、互いに対して動くことができるようになっている、請求項16に記載の整形外科用インプラント。
請求項18:
外科用インプラントを作製する方法であって、
構築プラットフォームに第1の層の材料を堆積させることと、
前記第1の層の材料を溶融させて前記外科用インプラントにおける第1の厚み層を形成することと、
前記外科用インプラントにおける前記第1の厚み層上に複数の追加層の材料を堆積させることと、
前記外科用インプラントにおける前記第1の厚み層に対して前記複数の追加層の材料を溶融させて前記外科用インプラントにおける第2の厚み層を形成することと
を含み、
前記外科用インプラントが、脊椎ロッドを受け入れるように構成されるU字形の溝を有するハウジングと、前記ハウジング内にて近位側に配置される頭部及び前記頭部から延びるネジ付き軸部を有するネジとを含む、方法。
請求項19:
作製されるべき前記外科用インプラントの記述を提供することをさらに含み、
前記外科用デバイスの記述が、前記ハウジング及び前記ネジを含み、
前記ハウジング及び前記ネジが、互いに対して動くことができるようになっている、請求項18に記載の方法。
請求項20:
前記外科用インプラントの記述が、コンピュータ支援設計又は製造(CAD/CAM)ファイルの形態にて提供される、請求項18に記載の方法。
請求項21:
前記コンピュータ支援設計又は製造(CAD/CAM)ファイルが、STLファイルに変換される、請求項20に記載の方法。
請求項22:
前記完全に組み立てられた外科用インプラントを前記構築プラットフォームから取り外すことをさらに含む請求項18に記載の方法。
請求項23:
頭部及びネジ付き軸部を有するネジ組立体であって、前記ネジ付き軸部が前記頭部から延びて前記頭部に可動状態で連結される、ネジ組立体と、
前記ネジ組立体の頭部を受け入れるように構成された少なくとも1つの開口穴を画定する骨プレートであって、前記少なくとも1つの開口穴の近位側開口及び遠位側開口がそれぞれ前記頭部の周縁よりも小さな周縁を画定する、骨プレートと
を備えている外科用インプラント。
請求項24:
前記ネジ組立体及び前記骨プレートが、交互積層技術を用いて同時に製造され、
前記ネジ組立体の頭部が、前記骨プレートの少なくとも1つの開口穴内に形成される、請求項23に記載の外科用インプラント。
請求項25:
外科用インプラントを移植する方法であって、
ネジ組立体のネジ付き軸部の長さを選択することと、
患者に前記ネジ組立体のネジ付き軸部を挿入することと、
前記ネジ組立体の頭部を前記骨プレート内に収容した状態で前記ネジ組立体の頭部及び骨プレートを連結することと、
前記ネジ組立体の頭部を締め付けて前記患者に前記骨プレート及び前記ネジ組立体を固定することと
を含む方法。
Claims (17)
- 外科用インプラントの製造方法であって、
前記外科用インプラントにおける第1の構成要素の形成を、
構築プラットフォームに第1の量の材料を堆積させること、
前記第1の量の材料を溶融させて前記第1の構成要素の第1の層を形成すること、
前記第1の構成要素における前記第1の層の上に第2の量の材料を堆積させること、及び
前記第1の構成要素の前記第1の層に対して前記第2の量の材料を溶融させて前記第1の構成要素の第2の層を形成すること、並びに
複数の追加の量の材料を順次各々堆積させ、溶融させて、前記複数の追加の量の材料が各々先に溶融した層の上にすみやかに溶融することによって、前記第1の構成要素の第3の層及び引き続く層を、第1の構成要素が形成されるまで形成することによって行うことと、
前記外科用インプラントにおける第2の構成要素の形成を、
前記構築プラットフォームに前記第1の量の材料を堆積させること、
前記第1の量の材料を溶融させて前記第2の構成要素の第1の層を形成すること、
前記第2の構成要素における前記第1の層の上に前記第2の量の材料を堆積させること、及び
前記第2の構成要素の前記第1の層に対して前記第2の量の材料を溶融させて前記第2の構成要素の第2の層を形成すること、並びに
複数の追加の量の材料を順次各々堆積させ、溶融させて、前記複数の追加の量の材料が各々先に溶融した層の上にすみやかに溶融することによって、前記第2の構成要素の第3の層及び引き続く層を、第2の構成要素が形成されるまで形成することによって行うことと、
を含み、
前記第1の構成要素が、中空内部部分及び少なくとも1つの開口を有し、前記第2の構成要素が、前記中空内部部分内に配置された頭部分を有し、
前記第1及び第2の構成要素の形成が同時に実行され、
前記第1及び第2の構成要素の形成が完了すると、前記外科用インプラントが完全に組み立てられる、製造方法。 - 製造されるべき前記外科用インプラントの記述を提供することをさらに含み、
前記外科用インプラントの記述が、前記第1の構成要素及び前記第2の構成要素を含み、
前記第1及び第2の構成要素が、互いに対して動くことができる、請求項1に記載の製造方法。 - 前記外科用インプラントの記述が、コンピュータ支援設計又は製造(CAD/CAM)ファイルの形態にて提供される、請求項2に記載の製造方法。
- 前記コンピュータ支援設計又は製造(CAD/CAM)ファイルが、STLファイルに変換されたものである、請求項3に記載の製造方法。
- 前記第1の構成要素及び前記第2の構成要素における前記材料を、ステンレス鋼、チタン、コバルトクロム、チタン合金、ポリエチレン、ポリカーボネート、PEEK、ポリプロピレン、及びポリスルホンから成る群から選択することをさらに含む請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 前記完全に組み立てられた外科用インプラントを前記構築プラットフォームから取り外すことをさらに含む請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 前記完全に組み立てられた外科用インプラントから任意のさらなる材料を除去することをさらに含む請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 前記外科用インプラントにおける前記第1及び第2の構成要素の形成と同時に、前記外科用インプラントにおける第3の構成要素の形成を行うことをさらに含む請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 前記第1及び第2の構成要素が、それぞれ一体構造に形成される、請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 前記第1の構成要素が、ロッド受容ハウジングを含み、 前記第2の構成要素が、頭部から延びるネジ付き軸部を持つ骨ネジである、請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 請求項1の製造方法によって製造される外科用インプラントであって、
前記外科用インプラントが整形外科用インプラントであり、
前記第1の構成要素が、一体構造の第1の構成要素であり、
前記第2の構成要素が、前記頭部から延びる軸部分を備え、該軸部分が前記第1の構成要素の前記少なくとも1つの開口を通って延びる、一体構造の第2の構成要素であり、
前記頭部分が、前記少なくとも1つの開口よりも大きいことによって前記少なくとも1つの開口を通過できないように構成かつ寸法設定されている、外科用インプラント。 - 前記一体構造の第1の構成要素が、脊椎ロッドコネクタ部材を含み、
前記一体構造の第2の構成要素が、受容アームを含み、
前記脊椎ロッドコネクタ部材及び前記受容アームが、玉継手組立体を画定している、請求項11に記載の整形外科用インプラント。 - 前記一体構造の第1の構成要素が、ハウジングを含み、
前記一体構造の第2の構成要素が、前記頭部と前記軸部とを有する骨ネジ部材であり、
前記頭部が前記ハウジング内に配置されている、請求項11に記載の整形外科用インプラント。 - 前記ハウジングが、ロッドを受けるように構成されたU字形の端部をさらに含む、請求項13に記載の整形外科用インプラント。
- 前記一体構造の第2の構成要素が前記一体構造の第1の構成要素内に位置決めされると、完全に組み立てられる請求項11に記載の整形外科用インプラント。
- 前記一体構造の第1の構成要素及び前記一体構造の第2の構成要素が、互いに対して動くことができるようになっている、請求項11に記載の整形外科用インプラント。
- 前記一体構造の第1の構成要素及び前記一体構造の第2の構成要素が、多軸の運動、回転可能な運動、単軸の運動、又は一軸の運動のうち一つにて、互いに対して動くことができるようになっている、請求項16に記載の整形外科用インプラント。
