Description
(a)汚染除去浴と、有機金属錯化剤を分解し、ハロゲン化物をハロゲンに還元するように設計された電解槽との間の電解質の再循環。
(b)種々の点で溶液中の金属種の濃度をモニターする金属感知電極。
(c)金属濃度センサおよび/または測定された放射能を含む特定の入力に応答して、汚染除去システムに印加される電力のレベルを調整する制御システム。
(d)有機材料を二酸化炭素に変換し、ハロゲン化物をハロゲンに変換するように設計されたセルにおける電解質の再生。
硝酸は、基礎電解質である。これは、標準的な無線ヌクレオチド回収プラントと互換性があり、構築材料を腐食しない。可能な添加剤としては、塩酸、クエン酸、シュウ酸、ギ酸、エチレンジアミン四酢酸を含む種々の有機酸、窒素またはリンをベースとするものを含む他の有機金属錯化剤またはキレート化剤、ならびにエチレングリコールおよび他の有機化合物が挙げられる。
Claims (5)
- 表面から核汚染を除去する方法であって、
前記方法は、硝酸を電解質として用いた電気酸洗い処理における表面に、方形の交流波形をバイアスにかけた直流を印加することを含み、ここで、硝酸は塩化物または有機キレート添加物が添加されている;、
さらに、前記方法は、電気化学的酸化分解処理を含み、
ここで、電気化学セル内で、ハロゲン化物をハロゲンに変換し、有機物を二酸化炭素に変換し;、
および、ここで、電解液を電気化学的酸化分解処理と電気酸洗い処理の間で再循環させる、方法。 - 前記直流のバイアスは、前記交流波形の周波数よりも低い周波数で周期的に反転される、請求項1に記載の核汚染を除去する方法。
- 前記交流の周波数は、5Hzと100Hzとの間である、請求項1または2に記載の核汚染を除去する方法。
- 前記添加される塩化物または有機キレート添加物は、塩酸、クエン酸、シュウ酸、エチレンジアミン四酢酸を含むグループから選択される、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の核汚染を除去する方法。
- 廃液流を電気化学的に処理して塩化物および有機キレート添加物を除去するステップをさらに含む、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の核汚染を除去する方法。
