d2は、前記反射部の深さ方向の距離であり得る。
Claims (9)
- 基板の一側に隣接するように前記基板上に配置された駆動部、
前記基板の他側に隣接し、前記基板の一面上に配置された第1発光部、
前記基板の他側に隣接し、前記基板の他面上に配置され、前記第1発光部と異なる波長を発光する第2発光部、及び
前記第1発光部及び前記第2発光部を囲み、前記第1発光部及び前記第2発光部と対面する第1領域及び第2領域を含む反射部を含み、
前記第1発光部及び第2発光部は、前記反射部の外郭に配置されて外部に露出し、
前記第1発光部及び前記第2発光部それぞれは、少なくとも一つ以上の発光チップを含み、
前記第1領域及び前記第2領域は、前記第1発光部及び前記第2発光部それぞれの前記発光チップを基準に放物線屈曲を有する複数のサブ領域を含み、
前記反射部は、複数のファセット(facet)を含み、
前記反射部は、前記第1発光部及び前記第2発光部と隣接した底面と、前記底面の反対側に配置され、光が出射する出射面を含み、
前記反射部は、前記底面及び前記出射面を含むカップ構造を有し、
前記反射部の幅は、前記底面を始点として前記出射面方向に徐徐に広くなる幅を有し、
前記複数のファセットは、前記複数のサブ領域それぞれに配置され、互いに隣接した前記ファセットは、前記基板の一面と垂直な第1方向または水平な第1方向を基準に互いに異なる傾斜角を有し、
前記反射部は、前記複数のサブ領域の間に配置される境界部を含み、
前記出射面及び前記底面は、前記境界部において相互対称する傾斜角を有する、発光モジュール。 - 前記複数のサブ領域は、第1サブ領域ないし第4サブ領域を含み、
前記第1サブ領域ないし前記第4サブ領域は、お互いに連結され、
前記第1サブ領域ないし前記第4サブ領域の間に配置された境界領域は、前記反射部の外郭に沿って凸の構造で接する、請求項1に記載の発光モジュール。 - 前記複数のファセットは、前記反射部の内側面上で凸または凹の表面を有する、請求項1に記載の発光モジュール。
- 前記複数のファセットは、前記反射部の周り方向及び深さ方向に12個以上配置された、請求項2または請求項3に記載の発光モジュール。
- 前記複数のサブ領域は、第1サブ領域ないし第4サブ領域を含み、
前記境界部は、互いに対称する第1面及び第2面を含み、
前記第1面は、前記第1サブ領域から延び、
前記第2面は、前記第2サブ領域から延び、
前記第1面及び前記第2面は、前記反射部の外側面上で前記反射部の内側方向に凹状に折曲された形状を有し、
前記境界部は、前記第1発光部の中心領域と対応して配置される、請求項1に記載の発光モジュール。 - 前記境界部は、前記複数のサブ領域から延び、前記反射部の外側面に沿って前記複数のサブ領域の傾斜角と対応するように延び、互いに会う、請求項1に記載の発光モジュール。
- 前記複数のファセットは、前記複数のサブ領域それぞれに配置された割合は、次のような式で求めることができ、
M:N(M≧8、N≧3)であり、
前記Mは、前記反射部の周り方向に配置されたファセットの個数であり、
前記Nは、前記反射部の深さ方向に配置されたファセットの個数である、請求項2に記載の発光モジュール。 - 前記複数のファセットは、前記反射部の周り方向に同じ幅と同じ面積を有する、請求項2に記載の発光モジュール。
- 前記第1発光部及び前記第2発光部は、前記基板の一面と水平な前記第1方向に互いに重畳され、前記反射部の前記底面の外郭に配置され、
前記基板は、前記反射部の前記底面から前記反射部内側に突出した終端を含み、
前記終端と前記反射部の前記底面と前記出射面との間の距離は、次のような式で求めることができ、
d1:d2(1≦d1≦10、10≦d2≦15)の関係を満足し、
d1は、前記反射部の前記底面から前記終端までの距離であり、
d2は、前記反射部の深さ方向の距離である、請求項1に記載の発光モジュール。
