Description

Claims (9)
- 第1の生来の弁尖、第2の生来の弁尖、および弁輪を有する房室弁の接合を改善するインプラントと、送達デバイスとを備えるシステムであって、
前記インプラントは、前記弁輪または前記第1および第2の生来の弁尖の少なくとも1つに配置および固定されるように構成された支持構造体(16)を備え、前記インプラントは、前記少なくとも1つの生来の弁尖の脱出を防止するように前記支持構造体(16)に固定された保持手段(36、37)をさらに備え、
前記支持構造体(16)は、前記弁輪または前記少なくとも1つの生来の弁尖の上面に配置される上部支持要素(17)と、前記弁輪または前記少なくとも1つの生来の弁尖の下面に配置される下部支持要素(18)とを備え、前記上部および前記下部支持要素(17、18)はそれぞれ、前記上部および前記下部支持要素(17、18)を相互接続するために相互に協働しながら、前記上部支持要素(17)と前記下部支持要素(18)との間で前記弁輪または前記少なくとも1つの生来の弁尖の部分をクランプする接続手段(32、33)を備え、
少なくとも1つの接続手段(32、33)は、他方の接続手段(32、33)と接続するために、前記弁輪または前記少なくとも1つの生来の弁尖を貫くように構成された貫通部分を備え、
少なくとも1つの固定要素(39、49)が、前記保持手段を前記支持構造体(40)から離れた前記少なくとも1つの生来の弁尖に固定するために設けられ、
前記保持手段(36、37)は、前記上部支持要素(17)に接続された人工弁尖および/または複数の可撓性ワイヤ若しくは糸を備え、
前記固定要素は、前記少なくとも1つの生来の弁尖または前記弁輪の円周方向に延び、前記固定要素に対して前記ワイヤまたは糸を位置決めするための複数の位置決め点を含み、前記複数の位置決め点は、前記円周方向に互いに離間し、
前記保持手段は、その一端において前記下部支持要素(18)に接続され、その他端において前記上部支持要素(17)に接続され、
前記送達デバイスは、管状ハウジング(29)を含み、前記支持構造体(16)および前記保持手段(36、37)は、前記支持構造体(16)および前記保持手段(36、37)が前記管状ハウジング(29)内に配置される第1の位置から、前記支持構造体(16)が展開される第2の位置に展開でき、
前記管状ハウジング(29)は、2つのハーフシェルを備え、第1のハーフシェル(30)は前記上部支持要素(17)を収容し、第2のハーフシェル(31)は前記下部支持要素(18)を収容する、システム。 - 前記下部支持要素(18)は、前記保持手段を保持するための少なくとも1つの保持アーム(23、45)を担持する、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記可撓性ワイヤまたは糸(36、37)は、前記人工弁尖に埋め込まれ、または固定されている、請求項1または2に記載のシステム。

- 前記調整可能な要素は、前記保持アーム(45)に案内されたスリーブ(54)である、請求項5に記載のシステム。
