Description
Claims (4)
- 車両のフロア下に搭載されるバッテリパックの下面または上面に沿って配置されて前記バッテリパックと結合しているバッテリフレームであって、車幅方向に延びる複数の横ビームを有するバッテリフレームと、
少なくとも一部の横ビームの端部に結合されて、当該横ビームと共に車幅方向においてクランク形状を形成し、前記バッテリフレームと前記フロアを連結する連結ブラケットと、
前記クランク形状の角部分に配置される筋交い部材と、
を含む、バッテリパック支持構造。 - 請求項1に記載のバッテリパック支持構造であって、前記複数の横ビームの端部を横切って前後方向に延びる補強プレートを含み、前記補強プレートの、前記連結ブラケットに対応する部分が前記筋交い部材として機能する、バッテリパック支持構造。
- 請求項1または2に記載のバッテリパック支持構造であって、
前記連結ブラケットは、前記横ビームに結合される横ビーム結合部と、前記フロアに連結されるフロア結合部と、前記横ビーム結合部と前記フロア結合部をつなぐ連絡部と、を有し、
少なくとも一部の筋交い部材は、前記横ビームと、前記連結ブラケットの前記連絡部の前記フロア結合部側の端部とに結合している、
バッテリパック支持構造。 - 請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載のバッテリパック支持構造であって、
前記横ビームは、当該横ビームの長手方向に沿って延びる稜線を有し、
前記筋交い部材は、前記連結ブラケットと前記横ビームをつなぐ方向に延びる畝状隆起であって、前記横ビームの前記稜線の位置にそろえて配置された畝状隆起を有する、
バッテリパック支持構造。
