Description
以下、本発明の実施例を挙げてより具体的に説明する。以下の実施例は、本発明をより具体的に説明するためのものであって、これにより本発明が限定されるものではない。
上記実施例1~12及び比較例1~8の表面処理組成物の溶液安定性試験を行った。また、上記表面処理組成物の硬化物(コーティング層)が形成されたステンレス鋼板の耐食性、エリクセン(Erichsen)試験後に耐食性評価及び摩擦係数を測定し、その結果を表3及び表4に示した。具体的な実験条件及び評価方法は、以下の通りである。
実施例1~12及び比較例1~8の表面処理組成物を40℃の恒温装置内に1ヶ月間貯蔵した後、組成物の粘度上昇、ゲル化、及び沈殿の状態を観察し、次の基準に基づいて評価した。
- 良好:溶液の粘度上昇、ゲル化、及び沈殿などの変化なし
- 不良:溶液の粘度上昇、ゲル化、及び沈殿などの変化が発生
実施例1~12及び比較例1~8のコーティング組成物を0.5μmの厚さでコーティングした鋼板を35℃、95%の湿度において5%の塩水を72hr連続噴霧し、初期の防錆面積を観察して耐食性を評価した。
上記鋼板を6mmにしてエリクセン試験を行った後、35℃、95%の湿度において5%の塩水を48hr連続噴霧し、初期の防錆面積を観察して耐食性を評価した。
摩擦係数は、上記鋼板をA4サイズに切断し、摩擦TIPの面積を2.9cm×3.9cmとした後、600kgfの荷重を加え、引抜速度1000mm/minで引抜して、移動距離200mmで測定した。
Claims (14)
- クロムフリー金属表面処理組成物100重量部に対してシラン系化合物10~30重量部、ギ酸、リン酸及び酢酸の中から選択された1種以上の酸0.5~6重量部、バナジウム化合物0.1~3重量部、マグネシウム化合物0.1~3重量部、重量平均分子量が2,000~10,000であるポリプロピレン系ワックス0.5~3重量部及び残部溶媒を含む、クロムフリー金属表面処理組成物。
- 前記ワックスの融点は130~160℃である、請求項1に記載のクロムフリー金属表面処理組成物。
- 前記シラン系化合物は、エポキシ系シラン及びアミノ系シランからなる群から選択された一つ以上である、請求項1又は2に記載のクロムフリー金属表面処理組成物。
- 前記エポキシ系シランは、ビニルメトキシシラン、ビニルトリメトキシシラン、ビニルエポキシシラン、ビニルトリエポキシシラン、3-アミノプロピルトリエポキシシラン、3-グリシドキシプロピルトリメトキシシラン、3-メタグリオキシプロピルトリメトキシシラン、3-メルカプトプロピルトリメトキシシラン、N-(1,3-ジメチルブチリデン)-3-(トリエポキシシラン)-1-プロパンアミン及びN,N-ビス[3-(トリメトキシシリル)プロピル]エチレンジアミンの中から選択された1種以上である、請求項3に記載のクロムフリー金属表面処理組成物。
- 前記アミノ系シランは、N-(β-アミノエチル)-γ-アミノプロピルメチルジメトキシシラン、N-(β-アミノエチル)-γ-アミノプロピルトリメトキシシラン、γ-グリシドキシプロピルトリエトキシシラン、γ-グリシドキシトリメチルジメトキシシラン、2-(3,4-エポキシシクロヘキシル)エチルトリメトキシシラン、γ-メタクリロキシプロピルトリメトキシシラン、γ-メタクリロキシプロピルトリエトキシシラン、γ-メルカプトプロピルトリメトキシシラン、γ-メルカプトプロピルトリエトキシシラン、3-アミノプロピルトリエトキシシラン及びN-[2-(ビニルベンジルアミノ)エチル]-3-アミノプロピルトリメトキシシランの中から選択された1種以上である、請求項3に記載のクロムフリー金属表面処理組成物。
- クロムフリー金属表面処理組成物100重量部に対して消泡剤0.01~1重量部及び湿潤剤1~2重量部をさらに含む、請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載のクロムフリー金属表面処理組成物。
- 前記消泡剤はN-メチルエタノールアミンである、請求項6に記載のクロムフリー金属表面処理組成物。
- 前記湿潤剤は、イソプロピルアルコール、2-エチル-1-ヘキサノール、2-ブトキシエタノール、ジプロピレングリコール、エチレングリコール、n-プロピルアルコール及びプロピレングリコールの中から選択された1種以上である、請求項6に記載のクロムフリー金属表面処理組成物。
- 金属材;及び
前記金属材上に形成され、金属表面処理組成物100重量部に対してシラン系化合物10~30重量部、ギ酸、リン酸及び酢酸の中から選択された1種以上の酸0.5~6重量部、バナジウム化合物0.1~3重量部、マグネシウム化合物0.1~3重量部、重量平均分子量が2,000~10,000であるポリプロピレン系ワックス0.5~3重量部及び残部溶媒を含む金属表面処理組成物の硬化物であるコーティング層を含む、耐スリップ性に優れたクロムフリー表面処理金属材。 - 前記コーティング層の厚さは、0.5~10μmである、請求項9に記載の耐スリップ性に優れたクロムフリー表面処理金属材。
- 前記コーティング層の摩擦係数は、0.4~0.6である、請求項9又は10に記載の耐スリップ性に優れたクロムフリー表面処理金属材。
- 前記ワックスの融点が130~160℃である、請求項9から11のいずれか1項に記載の耐スリップ性に優れたクロムフリー表面処理金属材。
- 前記金属表面処理組成物は、金属表面処理組成物100重量部に対して消泡剤0.01~1重量部及び湿潤剤1~2重量部をさらに含む、請求項9から12のいずれか1項に記載の耐スリップ性に優れたクロムフリー表面処理金属材。
- 前記金属材は、ステンレス鋼板、亜鉛めっき鋼板、アルミニウムめっき鋼板及び合金めっき鋼板の中から選択されたいずれか一つである、請求項9から13のいずれか1項に記載の耐スリップ性に優れたクロムフリー表面処理金属材。
