Description
図1は、本実施形態に係る三次元積層造形装置100の構成例を示す。三次元積層造形装置100は、電子ビームEBを出力し、粉末層32の表面内方向に電子ビームEBを偏向させるカラム部200と、三次元構造物36を接地電位部材から電気的に絶縁させる絶縁部51と、三次元構造物36を経由して接地電位部材に流れる電流値を測定する電流計73と、電流計73が測定する電流値に基づいて粉末層32の溶融を検出して、溶融信号を発生する溶融判断部410と、前記溶融信号を受け取って、電子ビームの照射条件を決定する偏向制御部420と、を備える。
図1は、本実施形態に係る三次元積層造形装置100の構成例を示す。三次元積層造形装置100は、例えば金属材料の粉末からなる粉末層32に電子ビームEBを照射し、粉末層32の一部を溶融結合させて形成した断面層35を積層して三次元構造物36を造形する。
Claims (5)
- 三次元構造物を積層造形する三次元積層造形装置であって、
電子ビームを出力し導電性材料の粉末層の表面内方向に電子ビームを偏向させる電子ビームカラムと、
前記三次元構造物と接する面に設けられ、前記三次元構造物を接地電位から電気的に絶縁させる絶縁部と、
前記三次元構造物と接地電位との間に接続され、前記三次元構造物を経由して接地電位に流れる電流値を測定する電流計と、
前記三次元構造物の断面を複数に区画した照射範囲毎に前記電子ビームを照射させる偏向制御部と、
前記粉末層を照射する電子ビームの電流値と、前記電流計が測定する電流値との差分が基準値以下になることに基づいて前記照射範囲内の前記粉末層の溶融を検出して溶融信号を発生する溶融判断部と、
を備え、
前記偏向制御部は、前記溶融信号を受け取ったことに応じて照射対象の照射範囲を変更する
三次元積層造形装置。 - 前記偏向制御部は、前記照射範囲毎に、当該照射範囲を塗りつぶすように照射位置を移動させながら照射を行わせる請求項1に記載の三次元積層造形装置。
- 前記偏向制御部は前記溶融信号を受け取るまで、前記照射範囲での電子ビームの照射を継続する請求項1または請求項2に記載の三次元積層造形装置。
- 前記絶縁部は絶縁性セラミックスから形成される請求項1から請求項3までのいずれか1項に記載の三次元積層造形装置。
- 電子ビームを出力して導電性材料の粉末層の表面内方向に電子ビームを偏向させる電子ビームカラムと、前記三次元構造物と接する面に設けられ、前記三次元構造物を接地電位から電気的に絶縁させる絶縁部と、前記三次元構造物と接地電位との間に接続され、前記三次元構造物を経由して接地電位に流れる電流値を測定する電流計と、前記粉末層の溶融を検出して溶融信号を発生する溶融判断部と、偏向制御部と、を備える三次元積層造形装置による三次元構造物の積層造形方法であって、
前記電子ビームカラムおよび前記偏向制御部により前記三次元構造物の断面を複数に区画した照射範囲毎に前記粉末層に電子ビームを照射するステップと、
前記電流計により三次元構造物を経由して接地電位に流れる電流値を測定するステップと、
前記溶融判断部において、前記粉末層を照射する電子ビームの電流値と、前記電流計が測定する電流値との差分が基準値以下になることに基づいて前記照射範囲内の前記粉末層の溶融を検出して溶融信号を発生するステップと、
前記偏向制御部により、前記溶融信号を受け取ったことに応じて照射対象の照射範囲を変更するステップと、
を有する積層造形方法。
