Description
特許文献1に記載されている光学多層膜は、レンズ等の透明基材の表面に、例えば、真空蒸着法によって金属薄膜を成膜、積層することにより製造されている。各金属薄膜の厚さや材料を適宜設定することにより、光学多層膜は、反射防止膜や、ハーフミラーとして機能する。
(1) 光透過性を有する光学部材の表面に配置されて用いられる光学シートであって、
光透過性を有する一対の基材と、
前記一対の基材の間に設けられ、入射する光の一部を透過し、残部を反射させるハーフミラー層と、を備え、
前記一対の基材のうち、前記光学部材とは反対側に位置する基材を第1基材としたとき、前記第1基材は、色材を含み、
前記色材は、キノリン系色素、アントラキノン系色素、ぺリレン系色素、ポリメチン色素、ポルフィリン錯体色素、フタロシアニン色素のうちの1種または2種以上の組み合わせであり、
前記色材の前記第1基材中の含有量は、0.001wt%以上5wt%以下であり、
前記ハーフミラー層の総厚は、5nm以上500nm以下であることを特徴とする光学シート。
前記光学部材の表面に配置されて用いられる上記(1)または(2)に記載の光学シートと、を備えることを特徴とする光学部品。
図1は、本発明の光学シート(第1実施形態)を備える光学部品(サングラス)を示す斜視図である。図2は、本発明の光学シート(第1実施形態)を備える光学部品(サンバイザー)を示す斜視図である。図3は、図1に示す光学シート付きレンズが備える光学シートの拡大断面図である。
図1に示すように、サングラス(光学部品100)は、使用者の頭部に装着されるフレーム20と、フレーム20に固定された光学シート付レンズ1Aとを備えている。なお、本明細書中においては、「レンズ」とは、集光機能を有するレンズ、集光機能を有していないレンズの双方を含む。
次に、光学シート10について説明する。
第1基材1および第2基材2は、ハーフミラー層3を支持し、かつ、保護する機能を有している。
ハーフミラー層3は、第1基材1と第2基材2との間に設けられ、入射する光の一部を透過し、残部を反射させる機能を有する、いわゆる、ハーフミラー機能を有する層である。
接着剤層4は、第2基材2と、ハーフミラー層3との間に設けられ、第2基材2とハーフミラー層3とを接合する機能を有する。
このような光学シート10では、第1基材1は、色材を含んで構成されている。これにより、光学シート10を外側から見たとき所望の色に見せることができる。また、ハーフミラー層3における反射光との相乗効果で、所望の色にきらきらと光って見え、デザイン性に優れる。特に、使用時にハーフミラー層3よりも外側に位置しているため、デザイン性を高めるという効果を顕著に発揮することができる。
図4は、本発明の光学シート(第2実施形態)の拡大断面図である。
本実施形態は、偏光層を有すること以外は前記第1実施形態と同様である。
偏光層5は、第2基材2とハーフミラー層3との間に設けられ、接着剤層4と接着剤層6とによって、ハーフミラー層3および第2基材2に接合されている。接着剤層6は、前述した接着剤層4と同様の構成とすることができる。
また、接着剤層6は、接着剤層4と同様にウレタン系接着剤からなるのが好ましい。
図5は、本発明の光学シート(第3実施形態)の拡大断面図である。
本実施形態は、接着剤層に色材が含まれていること以外は前記第1実施形態と同様である。
(実施例1)
まず、ビスフェノールA型ポリカーボネート(三菱エンジニアプラスチックス社製、「H3000」)を99.94wt%、青色色材(紀和化学工業社製、「KP PLAST Blue R」)を0.05wt%、赤色色材(紀和化学工業社製、「KP PLAST Red G」)を0.01wt%の割合で混合して混合物を得た。この混合物を押し出し成形することで、第1基材(厚さ300μm)を得た。また、ビスフェノールA型ポリカーボネート(三菱エンジニアプラスチックス社製、「H3000」)100wt%の押し出し成型により、第2基材を得た。
各部の構成を表1に示すように変更したこと以外は、実施例1と同様にして実施例2~実施例4、比較例1~比較例2のハーフミラーシートを得た。
各実施例および各比較例のハーフミラーシートを、以下の方法で評価した。
分光測定器V-760(日本分光社製)を用いて、各実施例および各比較例のハーフミラーシートのミラー面に対して積分球を用いた分光反射率測定を実施し、D65光源10度視野角条件で色のパラメータ(L*、a*、b*)を算出した。その結果を表1に示す。
内径が80mmのリング状の刃を用意し、各実施例および各比較例のハーフミラーシートについて、それぞれ、第2基材側から打ち抜くことで平面視形状がリング状をなすサンプルを準備した。なお、刃は、先端角度θが30°の両刃であり、45tの打抜きプレス機にて打ち抜く速度(1分間あたりの打ち抜き数)は、35spmとした。
成形機CPL32(レマ社製)を用いて150℃、4分間、中央1箇所に真空孔を有する曲率半径が87mm(6カーブ)のアルミニウム製球面成形型に、各サンプルを真空度0.05MPaにて真空吸引させることにより、各実施例および各比較例のサンプルを、6カーブの湾曲形状にした。
B:目視でクラックの発生なし、顕微鏡観察での微細なクラックの発生あり。
C:目視で微細なクラックの発生あり、顕微鏡観察でもクラックの発生あり。
D:目視で明らかなクラックの発生あり、顕微鏡観察でもクラックの発生あり。
Claims (3)
- 光透過性を有する光学部材の表面に配置されて用いられる光学シートであって、
光透過性を有する一対の基材と、
前記一対の基材の間に設けられ、入射する光の一部を透過し、残部を反射させるハーフミラー層と、を備え、
前記一対の基材のうち、前記光学部材とは反対側に位置する基材を第1基材としたとき、前記第1基材は、色材を含み、
前記色材は、キノリン系色素、アントラキノン系色素、ぺリレン系色素、ポリメチン色素、ポルフィリン錯体色素、フタロシアニン色素のうちの1種または2種以上の組み合わせであり、
前記色材の前記第1基材中の含有量は、0.001wt%以上5wt%以下であり、
前記ハーフミラー層の総厚は、5nm以上500nm以下であることを特徴とする光学シート。 - 前記一対の基材のうちの前記光学部材側の基材と、前記ハーフミラー層との間に設けられた偏光層をさらに備える請求項1に記載の光学シート。
- 光透過性を有する光学部材と、
前記光学部材の表面に配置されて用いられる請求項1または2に記載の光学シートと、を備えることを特徴とする光学部品。
