Description
Claims (8)
- ポンプからアクチュエータへの作動流体の流れを制御すると共に前記ポンプから他の流体圧機器のパイロット室への作動流体の流れを制御する制御弁であって、
前記ポンプに接続される第1及び第2供給ポートと、前記アクチュエータに接続される第1及び第2アクチュエータポートと、前記パイロット室に接続されるパイロットポートと、が形成されるハウジングと、
前記ハウジングに軸方向に摺動自在に収容され、前記第1供給ポートと前記第1アクチュエータポートとを連通する第1連通ポジションと、前記第2供給ポートと前記第2アクチュエータポートとを連通する第2連通ポジションとを切り換えるスプールと、を備え、
前記スプールは、前記第1連通ポジションにおいて前記第1供給ポートと前記第1アクチュエータポートとを連通し前記第2連通ポジションにおいて前記第1供給ポートと前記第1アクチュエータポートとの連通を遮断するランド部を有し、
前記スプールの前記ランド部は、前記第1連通ポジションと前記第2連通ポジションとの両方において前記第1供給ポートと前記パイロットポートとを連通する
ことを特徴とする制御弁。 - ポンプからアクチュエータへの作動流体の流れを制御すると共に前記ポンプから他の流体圧機器のパイロット室への作動流体の流れを制御する制御弁であって、
前記ポンプに接続される第1及び第2供給ポートと、前記アクチュエータに接続される第1及び第2アクチュエータポートと、前記パイロット室に接続されるパイロットポートと、が形成されるハウジングと、
前記ハウジングに軸方向に摺動自在に収容され、前記第1供給ポートと前記第1アクチュエータポートとを連通する第1連通ポジションと、前記第2供給ポートと前記第2アクチュエータポートとを連通する第2連通ポジションとを切り換えるスプールと、を備え、
前記スプールは、前記第1供給ポートと前記第1アクチュエータポートとの連通を遮断すると共に前記第2供給ポートと前記第2アクチュエータポートとの連通を遮断する中立ポジションに切り換え可能であり、前記第1連通ポジションと前記第2連通ポジションとの両方において前記第1供給ポートと前記パイロットポートとを連通し、前記中立ポジションにおいて前記第1供給ポートと前記パイロットポートとの連通を遮断する
ことを特徴とする制御弁。 - 請求項1に記載の制御弁であって、
前記ランド部には、前記第1連通ポジションにおいて前記第1供給ポートと前記パイロットポートとを連通する溝が形成される
ことを特徴とする制御弁。 - 請求項3に記載の制御弁であって、
前記スプールは、前記第1連通ポジションにおいて、前記第1供給ポートと前記第1アクチュエータポートとの間の作動流体の流れを絞る絞り状態と、絞りを解除する開放状態と、を切り換え、
前記溝は、前記絞り状態と前記開放状態とにおいて前記第1供給ポートと前記パイロットポートとを連通する
ことを特徴とする制御弁。 - 請求項4に記載の制御弁であって、
前記溝は、
前記開放状態において前記第1供給ポートと前記パイロットポートとを連通する第1溝と、
前記絞り状態において前記第1供給ポートと前記パイロットポートとを連通する第2溝と、を有し、
前記第2連通ポジションにおいて、前記第1溝は前記第1供給ポート及び前記第1アクチュエータポートの一方から遮断され、前記第2溝は前記第1供給ポート及び前記第1アクチュエータポートの他方から遮断される
ことを特徴とする制御弁。 - 請求項5に記載の制御弁であって、
前記第1溝と前記第2溝とは周方向に互いに離間して設けられ、
前記第2溝の一部は、前記スプールの軸方向に前記第1溝の一部と重複することを特徴とする
制御弁。 - 請求項1、3から6のいずれか1項に記載の制御弁であって、
前記スプールは、前記第1供給ポートと前記第1アクチュエータポートとの連通を遮断すると共に前記第2供給ポートと前記第2アクチュエータポートとの連通を遮断する中立ポジションに切り換え可能であり、前記中立ポジションにおいて前記第1供給ポートと前記パイロットポートとの連通を遮断する
ことを特徴とする制御弁。 - 請求項2又は7に記載の制御弁であって、
前記ハウジングには、タンクに接続される下流側中立ポートが更に形成され、
前記スプールは、前記中立ポジションにおいて前記パイロットポートと前記下流側中立ポートとを連通する
ことを特徴とする制御弁。
