Claims (6)
- ハウジング、前記ハウジングの中に装着されるコア部、及び駆動モーターを備え、前記駆動モーターは、前記コア部を駆動して外部の物に空気を充填するために使われており、
モーター固定リングを更に備え、
前記モーター固定リングは、リング本体及び二つの突出ラグを備え、二つの前記突出ラグは、前記リング本体から互いに離れる両側に突出して形成され、それぞれ前記ハウジングに設けられ、前記リング本体は、前記駆動モーターの外側に環装され、
前記モーター固定リングは、前記駆動モーターと前記ハウジングとの間に挟持されて、前記駆動モーターの外表面と前記ハウジングの内表面との間にエアギャップが形成され、前記エアギャップに沿って空気を流動させる
ことを特徴とするモーター固定リングを有する空気充填機。 - 一つの前記突出ラグには位置制限凸部が設けられ、前記ハウジングには、前記位置制限凸部を収容ための位置制限凹溝が形成されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のモーター固定リングを有する空気充填機。 - 前記駆動モーターには環状ブラインドスロットが形成され、前記環状ブラインドスロットは、前記駆動モーターの外表面から凹んで形成されて、前記モーター固定リングが前記環状ブラインドスロットに収容される
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のモーター固定リングを有する空気充填機。 - 前記駆動モーターには、前記環状ブラインドスロットと連通する回転防止溝が形成され、前記モーター固定リングには回転防止片が設けられており、
前記回転防止片は、前記回転防止溝の中に張り出される
ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載のモーター固定リングを有する空気充填機。 - 前記モーター固定リングは、軟質プラスチックにより作られている
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のモーター固定リングを有する空気充填機。 - 前記突出ラグには、係合ブラインドスロットが形成され、
前記ハウジングには二つの係合ブロックが設けられ、
二つの前記係合ブロックは、二つの前記突出ラグの係合ブラインドスロットの中に張り出される
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のモーター固定リングを有する空気充填機。
