Description
図1、2に示す本発明のツールホルダは、シャンク10、連結シャフト20およびナット30を有する。シャンク10は、例として市販のストレートシャンクもしくはテーパシャンクである。シャンク10は、貫通した通孔11が設けられ、通孔11の一端の内側にはテーパ内孔12が設けられ、一端の外側には外ネジ部13が設けられている。

Claims (6)
- 貫通した通孔が設けられ、前記通孔の一端の内側にテーパ内孔が設けられ、一端の外側に外ネジ部が設けられたシャンクと、
軸方向の一端に前記シャンクの前記テーパ内孔と対応するテーパ部が設けられ、前記テーパ部の一端にセットボルトを固定するために第一内ネジ孔が設けられ、他端に第二内ネジ孔が設けられ、前記テーパ部に隣接する箇所には軸方向に直交する向きに貫通した位置決め孔である定位孔が設けられ、前記定位孔の両端には円柱孔が形成され、前記二個の円柱孔の間にはボトルネック孔が形成され、前記ボトルネック孔の両端の内壁は前記二個の円柱孔の内壁に連続する連結シャフトと、
軸方向の一端に第三内ネジ孔が設けられ、他端に貫通した軸孔が設けられ、径方向に貫通したザグリ孔および第四内ネジ孔が設けられ、前記軸孔側の端面を基準とした軸方向位置を高度位置と定義すると、前記ザグリ孔の中心と前記第四内ネジ孔の中心との間に高度位置の差による偏心を有し、前記第四内ネジ孔の中心の高度位置は前記ザグリ孔の中心の高度位置より高いナットと、
前記ザグリ孔に挿入され前記第四内ネジ孔に固定されるボルトと、
を含み、
前記連結シャフトは前記ナット内に嵌入し、且つ前記定位孔は前記ナットの前記ザグリ孔および前記第四内ネジ孔と対応し、前記ボルトで締められ、
前記ボルトが前記第四内ネジ孔に締まっていく時、前記ボルトが上向きに前記連結シャフトの前記ボトルネック孔を押し上げ、前記連結シャフトを上向きに押して移動させ、
前記ナットを前記シャンクの前記外ネジ部に合わせて締めると、前記シャンクの前記テーパ内孔で前記連結シャフトが上向きに押されて前記シャンクと結合し、
二重ロックが達成されることを特徴とするツールホルダ。 - 前記連結シャフトの前記定位孔の両端に形成された前記二個の円柱孔の直径は、前記ボルトの軸径より20%大きいことを特徴とする請求項1記載のツールホルダ。
- 前記ボトルネック孔の中段位置に形成された縮小孔の直径は、前記ボルトの軸径よりも0.1mm以下の長さだけ大きいことを特徴とする請求項1記載のツールホルダ。
- 前記ボトルネック孔は、前記ボルトを径方向に位置決めする円柱状の孔であることを特徴とする請求項1記載のツールホルダ。
- 前記ボトルネック孔の内壁は、軸方向断面において径内方向に突出する円弧形状であることを特徴とする請求項1記載のツールホルダ。
- 前記ザグリ孔の中心と前記第四内ネジ孔の中心との間の偏心距離は、0.05~0.1mmの間であることを特徴とする請求項1記載のツールホルダ。
