Claims (2)
- 第1の作業環境において、
光学系を内包する鏡筒と、イメージセンサとを、センサ保持部材を用いて相対的に固定して撮像モジュールを組立てる工程と、
サブフレームを用いて2つ以上の前記撮像モジュールのそれぞれを相対的に固定する工程と、を含み、
前記第1の作業環境とは異なり、かつ前記第1の作業環境よりも清浄な第2の作業環境において、
前記サブフレームを内視鏡先端部品の背面に固定する工程と、
前記内視鏡先端部品を管状のシースの先端開口部に固定して内視鏡本体の外殻を形成するとともに、前記外殻内に前記サブフレームと前記2つ以上の撮像モジュールとを気密封止する工程と、を含む、
内視鏡製造方法。 - 撮像モジュールを組立てる工程と、
前記撮像モジュールを組立てる工程とは異なり、かつ前記撮像モジュールを組立てる工程の作業環境よりも清浄な作業環境において、サブフレームを用いて2つ以上の前記撮像モジュールのそれぞれを相対的に固定する工程と、
カメラデバイス本体の外殻内に前記サブフレームと前記2つ以上の撮像モジュールとを気密封止する工程と、を含む、
カメラデバイスの製造方法。
