Description
Claims (19)
- 血管内装置であって、
近位端部及び遠位端部を有する中空シャフトであって、血管の中への挿入のための大きさである中空シャフトと、
近位端部及び遠位端部を有し、且つ前記中空シャフトを通って延伸する制御ラインと、
前記中空シャフトの遠位端部を超えて位置付けられ、且つ前記制御ラインの遠位端部を介して伝達される作動力を受けるように構成された作動可能な作業要素と、
前記制御ラインの近位端部に前記作動力を働かせ、それによって前記制御ラインと前記中空シャフトとの間に相対運動を生じさせ、且つ前記作業要素を作動させるように構成されたアクチュエータと、
前記制御ラインと一体であって、且つ前記中空シャフト内に位置付けられた少なくとも1つの制御ライン回転制限器と、
前記中空シャフト及び前記作業要素のうちの少なくとも一方に関連する少なくとも1つの回転制限要素であって、前記制御ライン回転制限器と係合し、それによって前記制御ラインと前記中空シャフトとの間の相対軸線方向運動を可能にする一方で、前記制御ラインが前記作業要素に対して回転することを実質的に妨げるように構成された少なくとも1つの回転制限要素と
を備え、
前記少なくとも1つの回転制限要素は、前記中空シャフト及び前記作業要素のうちの少なくとも1つ内に少なくとも1つの材料の堆積物を含み、前記材料の堆積物は、前記中空シャフト及び前記作業要素のうちの少なくとも1つにおけるチャネルの一部を狭める、血管内装置。 - 前記少なくとも1つの制御ライン回転制限器は、前記制御ラインの少なくとも1つの変形部を含む、請求項1に記載の血管内装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの変形部は、前記制御ラインの少なくとも1つの平坦化部分を含む、請求項2に記載の血管内装置。
- 前記制御ラインは、前記少なくとも1つの変形部に隣接する丸形断面の領域を含む、請求項3に記載の血管内装置。
- 前記中空シャフトは、少なくとも1本の巻きワイヤから形成されている、請求項1に記載の血管内装置。
- 前記中空シャフトは、複数のワイヤから形成されたケーブルを含む、請求項1に記載の血管内装置。
- 前記作業要素は、前記中空シャフトの遠位端部を超えてコイル状ワイヤ部分から形成された屈曲可能な先端を含む、請求項1に記載の血管内装置。
- 前記コイル状ワイヤ部分は、前記中空シャフトの可撓性より大きい可撓性を有する、請求項7に記載の血管内装置。
- 前記アクチュエータは制御ハンドルを含み、前記制御ハンドルは、前記作業要素における回転力に対して前記制御ハンドルに働く回転力を約1:1の比率で伝達するように構成されている、請求項1に記載の血管内装置。
- 前記材料の堆積物はポリマーである、請求項1に記載の血管内装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの回転制限要素は、前記中空シャフトにおいて第1の回転制限要素と、前記作業要素のチャネルにおいて第2の回転制限要素とを含む、請求項1に記載の血管内装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの回転制限要素は、前記中空シャフトにおいて第1の回転制限要素と、前記コイル状ワイヤ部分において第2の回転制限要素とを含む、請求項8に記載の血管内装置。
- 前記制御ハンドルは、前記制御ラインの牽引を可能にし、それによって前記制御ハンドルが回転する場合に、前記コイル状部分を屈曲させ、且つ前記屈曲されたコイル状部分に回転トルクを伝達するように構成されている、請求項9に記載の血管内装置。
- 前記制御ライン回転制限器及び前記回転制限要素はそれぞれ、軸線方向に互いに対して運動させた場合に、前記制御ライン回転制限器及び前記回転制限要素が係合した状態であるような軸線方向長さを有する、請求項1に記載の血管内装置。
- ユーザが前記遠位先端と前記制御ラインとの間の加えられた相対回転力を前記制御ハンドルに働かせることを可能にするように構成され、前記制御ライン回転制限器及び前記回転制限要素は、前記制御ライン回転制限器と前記回転制限要素との間の実質的な滑りなしに前記加えられた力を前記作業要素に伝達するように構成されている、請求項9に記載の血管内装置。
- 前記中空シャフトは、中空金属チューブを含み、前記作業要素は、前記中空金属チューブより遠位にあるコイル状ワイヤを含む、請求項1に記載の血管内装置。
- 前記中空シャフトは、ポリマーチューブを含み、前記作業要素は、前記ポリマーチューブより遠位にあるコイル状ワイヤを含む、請求項1に記載の血管内装置。
- 前記制御ラインは、単一ワイヤから形成され、前記少なくとも1つの制御ライン回転制限器は、前記単一ワイヤの断面積において少なくとも1つの変形部を含む、請求項1に記載の血管内装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの制御ライン回転制限器は、前記中空シャフト内の前記制御ラインの細長い領域において少なくとも第1の変形部と、前記作業要素の細長い領域において前記制御ラインの少なくとも第2の変形部とを含む、請求項18に記載の血管内装置。
