Claims (9)
- 排出接続パイプ(2)を有する、圧力サージを補整する閉じたシステムのための装置(1)であって、前記排出接続パイプには、衝突プレート(3)が設けられているとともにフラップカバー(4)が旋回可能に枢支されており、前記フラップカバー(4)が、静止位置(5)では前記排出接続パイプ(2)に載置され、開放位置では前記衝突プレート(3)に接触し、少なくとも1つのロック装置(7)が設けられており、該ロック装置が、前記フラップカバー(4)を前記静止位置(5)において前記排出接続パイプ(2)へ押圧し、圧力サージの場合には、前記フラップカバー(4)を解放する、前記装置において、
当該装置が、空圧式に調整可能な前記ロック装置(7)を制御する、電子回路を用いた空圧式又は電気空圧式の制御ユニット(8)を備えており、少なくとも1つのセンサ(15)が設けられており、該センサ(15)は、前記フラップカバー(4)の位置を検出して前記制御ユニット(8)へ伝達し、前記センサ(15)による前記フラップカバー(4)の静止位置の検出後、前記ロック装置(7)が、前記制御ユニット(8)の信号に基づき、静止位置にある前記フラップカバー(4)を前記排出接続パイプ(2)へ押圧することを特徴とする装置。 - エネルギー貯蔵部又はエネルギーバッファとしての圧縮空気貯蔵部(14)が設けられており、該圧縮空気貯蔵部が、前記ロック装置(7)に圧縮空気を供給することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記ロック装置(7)が、移動可能なピストン(32)を有する空圧シリンダ(21)を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の装置。
- 前記空圧シリンダ(21)が、一端において、前記ロック装置(7)のハウジング(23)内で軸線(27)を中心として旋回可能に枢支されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の装置。
- 前記ピストン(32)の自由端において、ロックレバー(20)が旋回可能に連結されているとともに、前記ピストン及び前記ロックレバーが共に1つのジョイント(28)を形成していることを特徴とする請求項3又は4に記載の装置。
- 前記ロックレバー(20)の一端がレバー軸線(26)を中心として旋回可能に枢支されており、前記レバー軸線(26)が前記ハウジング(23)において支持されていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の装置。
- 前記ロックレバー(20)が、前記フラップカバー(4)の縁部の移行部への凹部(31)を備えていることを特徴とする請求項5又は6に記載の装置。
- 前記ロック装置(7)が、迅速抜気装置(22)を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1~7のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 圧力サージ後、あらかじめ規定された時間インターバル後に初めて前記ロック装置(7)が前記フラップカバー(4)を前記排出接続パイプ(2)へ押圧するように、前記制御ユニット(8)が前記ロック装置(7)を制御することを特徴とする請求項1~8のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
