Description
加熱装置9を稼働し、反応点における強化繊維11の温度を上昇せしめる。測温装置9Cにより温度を測定し、加熱装置9の出力を調整して、例えば500乃至900℃の範囲の温度T1に制御し、これを例えば3乃至15分の範囲の時間t1の間保持する(第1の加熱)。測温装置9Cによる測定に応じて加熱装置9をフィードバック制御してもよい。
Claims (6)
- 繊維強化複合材料に利用される耐環境性の被覆強化繊維であって、
強化繊維と、
前記強化繊維を覆い、希土類シリケートを含む被覆層と、
前記被覆層と前記強化繊維との界面に介在する剥離層と、
前記強化繊維と前記剥離層と前記被覆層とを覆う追加的被膜層と、
を備えた被覆強化繊維であって、
前記追加的被膜層はシリコンカーバイドを含む、被覆強化繊維。 - 前記剥離層は希土類シリケートを含む、請求項1の被覆強化繊維。
- 前記被覆層および前記剥離層の希土類シリケートはイッテルビウムシリケートである、請求項2の被覆強化繊維。
- 前記強化繊維はシリコンカーバイドを含む、請求項1の被覆強化繊維。
- 前記剥離層は、前記強化繊維に対して有機希土類化合物を含む第1の雰囲気において第1の加熱を実行することにより形成されたものであり、
前記被覆層は、前記第1の加熱に曝された後の前記強化繊維に対して第2の雰囲気において前記第1の加熱とは異なる第2の加熱を実行することにより形成されたものである、請求項1の被覆強化繊維。 - 前記第2の雰囲気は前記第1の雰囲気と同一の有機希土類化合物を含む、請求項5の被覆強化繊維。
