Claims (5)
- 非空気圧式タイヤであって、
回転軸を有する概ね環状のインナーリングと、
変形可能な概ね環状のアウターリングと、
前記インナーリングと前記アウターリングとの間に延在している可撓性のある相互連結されたウェブであって、前記相互連結されたウェブが、前記非空気圧式タイヤの全ての半径方向断面 において、少なくとも二つの半径方向に隣接するウェブ要素の層を含み、前記ウェブ要素が、複数の概ね多角形状の開口部を規定し、前記回転軸を通じて半径方向に延在している平面に対して角度を付けられている複数の半径方向ウェブ要素と、前記半径方向に延在している前記平面を概ね横断している複数の別個の接線ウェブ要素とを含む、可撓性のある相互連結されたウェブと、
を備えており、
概ね多角形状の開口部のそれぞれは、複数の頂点によって規定され、
前記複数の頂点のそれぞれは、前記ウェブ要素の長さの少なくとも一部分に沿って関連するウェブ要素の厚さを変化させる遷移要素によって規定され、
前記遷移要素は、半径、楕円形遷移、及びスプラインからなる群から選択され、
前記複数の頂点は、平均要素厚さの125%より大きい半径によって規定される複数の頂点を含み、
荷重が加えられると、前記荷重の相当量が、張力に基づいて機能している複数の前記ウェブ要素によって支持され、
前記回転軸の上方の領域における複数の前記半径方向ウェブ要素は、引張り力を受け、一方、前記荷重と接地面領域との間の領域における前記半径方向ウェブ要素の少なくとも一部は座屈し、複数の前記接線ウェブ要素は、前記可撓性のある相互連結されたウェブを通じて前記荷重を分配する、
