Claims (15)
- ハブに取り付けられた非空気圧タイヤであって、
トレッドバンドと、
前記トレッドバンドを前記ハブに接続する複数の接続要素と、を備え、
前記トレッドバンドは、
地面に係合する面と、
前記タイヤの周方向に配向された少なくとも1つの補強材からなる第1補強層と、
前記第1補強層から半径方向外側に位置し、前記タイヤの周方向に対して第1の方向にある角度で配向された複数の補強材からなる第2補強層と、
前記第2補強層から半径方向外側に位置し、前記タイヤの周方向に対して第2の方向にある角度で配向された複数の補強材からなる第3補強層と、
前記第3補強層から半径方向外側に位置し、前記タイヤの周方向に配向された少なくとも1つの補強材からなる第4補強層と、をさらに備え、
半径方向に隣接する補強層のそれぞれの半径方向に隣接する補強材は、半径方向に互いに均等な距離で分離されている、非空気圧タイヤ。 - 前記第1補強層の前記少なくとも1つの補強材が0~5度の範囲の角度で配向され、前記第4補強層の前記少なくとも1つの補強材が0~5度の範囲の角度で配向されている、請求項1に記載の非空気圧タイヤ。
- 前記第1補強層の前記少なくとも1つの補強材が0~1度の範囲の角度で配向され、前記第4補強層の前記少なくとも1つの補強材が0~1度の範囲の角度で配向されている、請求項1に記載の非空気圧タイヤ。
- 前記第1補強層の前記少なくとも1つの補強材が0~0.2度の範囲の角度で配向され、前記第4補強層の前記少なくとも1つの補強材が0~0.2度の範囲の角度で配向されている、請求項1に記載の非空気圧タイヤ。
- 前記第2補強層の前記複数の補強材が、前記タイヤの周方向に対して前記第1の方向に15~65度の範囲の角度で配向され、前記第3補強層の前記複数の補強材が、前記タイヤの周方向に対して前記第2の方向に15~65度の範囲の角度で配向されている、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の非空気圧タイヤ。
- 前記第2補強層の前記複数の補強材が、前記タイヤの周方向に対して前記第1の方向に40~50度の範囲の角度で配向され、前記第3補強層の前記複数の補強材が、前記タイヤの周方向に対して前記第2の方向に40~50度の範囲の角度で配向されている、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の非空気圧タイヤ。
- 前記第2補強層の前記複数の補強材が、前記タイヤの周方向に対して前記第1の方向に約45度の角度で配向され、前記第3補強層の前記複数の補強材が、前記タイヤの周方向に対して前記第2の方向に約45度の角度で配向されている、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の非空気圧タイヤ。
- 前記第4補強層から半径方向外側に位置し、前記タイヤの周方向に配向された少なくとも1つの補強材からなる第5補強層と、
前記第1補強層から半径方向内側に位置し、前記タイヤの周方向に配向された少なくとも1つの補強材からなる第6補強層と、
前記第5補強層から半径方向外側に位置し、前記タイヤの周方向に配向された少なくとも1つの補強材からなる第7補強層と、をさらに備える請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の非空気圧タイヤ。 - 前記補強材は繊維強化プラスチック製である、請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載の非空気圧タイヤ。
- 前記補強材はエラストマー材料に埋め込まれている、請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載の非空気圧タイヤ。
- 前記エラストマー材料はゴムである、請求項10に記載の非空気圧タイヤ。
- 前記複数の接続要素はスポークである、請求項1~11のいずれか一項に記載の非空気圧タイヤ。
- 前記スポークはゴム製である、請求項12に記載の非空気圧タイヤ。
- 前記スポークは、ゴムに埋め込まれた繊維強化プラスチック製である、請求項12に記載の非空気圧タイヤ。
- 前記補強層のそれぞれは、前記補強層の少なくとも他の1つに半径方向に隣接し、半径方向に隣接する補強層のそれぞれの前記補強材間の半径方向距離は3mm未満である、請求項1~14のいずれか一項に記載の非空気圧タイヤ。
