Claims (14)
- 配管補強用ライナの製造方法であって、
第1の方向に延びる複数の連続的な第1の補強用繊維を供給するステップと、
前記第1の方向が機械方向と平行であるように前記第1の補強用繊維を前記機械方向に移動させるステップと、
第2の方向に延びる第2の補強用繊維を有する材料の複数のシートを供給するステップと、
前記第2の方向が前記第1の方向と実質的に垂直であるように前記移動中の第1の補強用繊維上に前記複数のシートを配置するステップと、
前記複数のシートを閉じた形に折り畳むステップと、
を含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記複数のシートを供給するステップは、第2の補強用繊維を有する連続材料の供給物を個別シートに切断するステップをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第2の補強用繊維を有する連続材料の供給物を個別シートに切断するステップは、前記第1の補強用繊維上に前記複数のシートを配置するコンベヤに近接して実行される、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記第2の補強用繊維を有する連続材料の供給物及び前記コンベヤは、前記機械方向と平行に移動可能な移動台車に取り付けられる、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記第2の補強用繊維を有する連続材料は幅を有し、前記第2の補強用繊維を有する連続材料の供給物を個別シートに切断するステップは、前記連続材料の前記幅を維持しながら、製造される前記ライナの直径に基づいて前記個別シートの長さを変更するステップをさらに含む、請求項2から4の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記連続的な第1の補強用繊維は、ガラス繊維である、請求項1から5の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記折り畳まれた複数のシート上に、前記第1の方向に延びる複数の連続的な第3の補強用繊維を供給するステップをさらに含む、請求項1から6の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記第2の補強用繊維は、指向性ガラス長繊維である、請求項1から7の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記移動中の第1の補強用繊維上に前記複数のシートを配置するステップは、前記複数のシートの各々をこの複数のシートのうちの1又は2以上の隣接するシートと少なくとも部分的に重ね合わせるステップをさらに含む、請求項1から8の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記移動中の第1の補強用繊維上に前記複数のシートを配置するステップは、コンベヤを用いて前記第1の補強用繊維上に前記複数のシートを移動させながら前記コンベヤを前記機械方向に移動させるステップをさらに含む、請求項1から9の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- 配管補強用ライナの製造装置であって、
第1の機械方向に移動する連続的な第1の補強用繊維の供給部と、
前記連続的な第1の補強用繊維を前記第1の機械方向に移動できるコンベヤベルトを有する第1のコンベヤと、
前記第1のコンベヤに対して移動可能な側部コンベヤシステムと、を備え、
前記側部コンベヤシステムは、前記第1の機械方向に垂直な第2の機械方向に延びる第2の補強用繊維を有する連続的な第2の補強材の供給部と、前記第2の補強材を前記第2の機械方向に移動できるコンベヤベルトを有する側部コンベヤと、前記連続的な第2の補強材を第2の補強材の個別シートに切断するカッターと、を含み、
前記側部コンベヤは、前記第2の補強用繊維が前記第1の補強用繊維と実質的に垂直であるように前記第1のコンベヤ上の前記連続的な第1の補強材上に前記個別シートを配置することを特徴とする装置。 - 前記側部コンベヤシステムは、前記移動中の第1の補強用繊維上に複数のシートを配置しながら前記第1の機械方向に移動する、請求項11に記載の装置。
- 前記第1のコンベヤは、前記第1の補強用繊維を前記第1の機械方向に第1の速度で移動させ、前記側部コンベヤシステムは、前記第1の機械方向に実質的に同じ速度で移動する、請求項12に記載の装置。
- さらに、複数のシートを閉じた形に折り畳むための折り畳みステーションと、第1の機械方向に延びる連続的な第1の補強用繊維の第2の供給部とを備え、この第2の供給部は、前記シートが前記閉じた形に折り畳まれた後に、前記複数のシート上に連続的な第1の補強用繊維を配置するように位置付けられる、請求項11又は12に記載の装置。
