Description
Claims (5)
- 反応容器に収容される試料及び試薬を反応させた液体中から未反応成分と反応成分を分離するB/F分離工程を実行するB/F分離部と、
前記B/F分離工程後の液体中の反応成分を検出する検出部と、
前記B/F分離部、及び、前記検出部を、略同一の温度環境に維持する温度維持部と、
反応液を生成するための第1液体が流れる第1流路と、
前記検出部の検出工程に用いられる第2液体が流れる第2流路と、
前記第1流路及び前記第2流路を流れる液体が、外部から区切られた内部空間に流入する前に熱交換されるプレヒータと、を備え、
前記B/F分離部は、
溶液中の磁性微粒子を集磁する集磁部と、
前記反応容器から前記未反応成分を吸引する吸引ノズルと、
前記反応容器内に、前記第1液体を吐出する吐出ノズルと、
前記反応容器内で、前記吸引ノズルにより吸引されなかった成分、及び、前記第1液体を撹拌することにより前記反応液を生成する撹拌部と、を備え、
前記検出部は、前記反応液を発光させ該反応液から出射した光を検出するフローセル方式の検出器を備え、
前記温度維持部は、温調ユニットを備え、
前記B/F分離部と前記検出部は、前記第1流路及び前記第2流路の一部とともに前記内部空間内に配置され、前記内部空間内の前記温調ユニットによって温度制御された雰囲気と熱交換する、自動分析装置。 - 前記B/F分離部により処理された反応容器を、前記内部空間の外に搬出することなく前記検出部に搬送可能な搬送部を更に備える、請求項1記載の自動分析装置。
- 前記反応液を収容する反応容器、及び、前記第2液体を収容する第2液体用容器、を有する検出部容器搬送部を備える、請求項1記載の自動分析装置。
- 前記B/F分離部は、前記反応容器の下部に配置される、請求項3記載の自動分析装置。
- 前記温度維持部は、ペルチェ素子を利用する冷熱源、空気循環用の送風機、前記内部空間内の温度の一部又は複数の箇所を測定するためのセンサ、を備える、請求項1乃至2、3、又は4何れか一に記載の自動分析装置。
