Claims (4)
- 筐体の内部に、測定用試料溶液を送る流路を備え、前記筐体の正面に、測定セルを着脱可能に保持し蛍光量の測定を行う光電セル機構部を備え、抗原が未知量含まれる試料と、蛍光試薬により標識化された標識抗体が既知量含まれる抗体溶液を混合して前記測定用試料溶液を調製し、前記測定用試料溶液を前記測定セルに送り、前記測定セル内の抗原誘導体固相化担体に捕捉された未反応の標識抗体の量を蛍光量として測定して前記蛍光量に基づいて抗原の濃度を算出する光学測定装置であって、
前記筐体の内部の温度を調節する温度調節器と、
前記筐体の内部の温度を測定する温度センサと、
前記温度センサの検知に基づいて前記温度調節器を作動する制御部を備えるとともに、
前記流路を構成する管体が金属で形成された
