本発明の課題は、高圧放電ランプとして形成された車両前照灯ランプと互換性があり、車両前照灯におけるこのようなランプの代用として使用可能であるレトロフィットランプを提供することにある。

Claims (12)
- 少なくとも1つの半導体光源(410,420)と、光出力光学系(3)と、光導体(2)とを備える、車両前照灯用のレトロフィットランプ(1)であって、
前記光導体(2)が、光を前記少なくとも1つの半導体光源(410,420)から前記光出力光学系(3)へとガイドするように形成されており、
前記光出力光学系(3)が、前記光導体(2)に面している第1の端部(31)と、前記光導体(2)とは反対に向けられている第2の端部(32)とを有しており、前記光出力光学系(3)が、前記第2の端部(32)が円錐頂点となるように、前記第2の端部(32)に向かう方向で先細りした円錐形に形成されており、前記光出力光学系(3)の材料は、前記光導体(2)の材料よりも大きな光学屈折率を有することを特徴とする、車両前照灯用のレトロフィットランプ(1)。 - 前記光出力光学系(3)が、該光出力光学系(3)の長手方向軸線(300)を含む一平面に関して鏡像対称的に形成されており、前記長手方向軸線(300)は、前記光出力光学系(3)の前記第1の端部(31)および前記第2の端部(32)を中心で通って延びている、請求項1記載のレトロフィットランプ。
- 前記光出力光学系(3)は、回転対称軸線(300)に関して回転対称に形成されており、その前記第2の端部(32)において最小の直径を有している、請求項1または2記載のレトロフィットランプ。
- 前記光導体(2)は、前記光出力光学系(3)に結合されている、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載のレトロフィットランプ。
- 前記光導体(2)は、ロッド状に形成されている、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載のレトロフィットランプ。
- 前記レトロフィットランプ(1)は、口金(6)を有しており、該口金(6)は、前記光出力光学系(3)を位置調整するための参照平面(62)を規定する、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載のレトロフィットランプ。
- 前記光出力光学系(3)の前記回転対称軸線(300)は、前記参照平面(62)に対して垂直に位置調整されている、請求項3を引用する請求項6記載のレトロフィットランプ。
- 前記光出力光学系(3)の前記第1の端部(31)の、前記参照平面(62)に対する間隔は、所定の値(E)よりも小さく形成されており、かつ前記光出力光学系(3)の前記第2の端部(32)の、前記参照平面(62)に対する間隔は、前記値(E)以上の大きさに形成されており、この場合、前記値(E)は、27.1mmであるか、または18.0mmである、請求項6または7記載のレトロフィットランプ。
- 前記口金(6)は、口金ケーシング(60)を有しており、該口金ケーシング(60)内には、前記少なくとも1つの半導体光源(410,420)が配置されている、請求項7または8記載のレトロフィットランプ。
- 前記光導体(2)の一方の端部(21)が、前記口金ケーシング(60)内に配置されている、請求項9記載のレトロフィットランプ。
- 請求項1から10までのいずれか1項記載のレトロフィットランプを少なくとも1つ備える、車両前照灯。
- 前記車両前照灯が、光学軸線(900)を備えるリフレクタ(9)を有しており、前記少なくとも1つのレトロフィットランプ(1)は、該レトロフィットランプ(1)の前記光出力光学系(3)の長手方向軸線もしくは回転対称軸線(300)が、前記リフレクタ(9)の前記光学軸線(900)内に位置しているか、または前記リフレクタ(9)の光学軸線(900)に対してずらされて平行に配置されているように、前記車両前照灯内に配置されている、請求項11記載の車両前照灯。
