Claims (8)
- 固定された検査周波数で検査領域に磁界を発生させるとともに、前記検査領域の磁界の変化を前記固定された検査周波数で検出することによって、前記検査領域を通過する被検査物中の異物を検出する金属検出器において、
前記検査周波数を含む周波数範囲で周波数を前記検査周波数で固定せずに変化させながら前記検査領域の磁界の変化を測定し、その測定結果を周波数解析して得られた周波数分布図をノイズ診断結果としてモニタに表示することを特徴とする金属検出器。 - 前記周波数分布図には、前記異物の検査の目安となる目安ラインが表示されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の金属検出器。
- 前記目安ラインは、前記異物の種類と大きさに応じて複数が表示されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の金属検出器。
- 前記周波数分布図には、前記検査領域に磁界を発生させる検査周波数の設定値に対応する位置に設定周波数ラインが表示されることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1に記載の金属検出器。
- 前記異物の検出処理中の前記モニタにはノイズ診断ボタンが表示され、該ノイズ診断ボタンを押すことによって前記ノイズ診断結果が表示されることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1に記載の金属検出器。
- 前記検査周波数を複数の値に変化させることによって、複数の前記周波数分布図を取得して表示することを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1に記載の金属検出器。
- 前記周波数解析は、ズームFFTにより行うことを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1に記載の金属検出器。
- 固定された検査周波数で検査領域に磁界を発生させるとともに、前記検査領域の磁界の変化を前記固定された検査周波数で検出することによって、前記検査領域を通過する被検査物中の異物を検出する金属検出器において、
前記検査周波数を複数設定できるようになっていると共に、それぞれの検査周波数毎にその検査周波数を含む周波数範囲を設定し、該設定した各周波数範囲で周波数を前記検査周波数で固定せずに変化させながら前記検査領域の磁界の変化を測定し、前記検査領域の磁界の変化の測定結果に基づいて得られた、複数の周波数分布図をノイズ診断結果としてモニタに表示し、前記検査周波数の設定を受け付けることを特徴とする金属検出器。
