この発明の多列組合せアンギュラ玉軸受装置は、例えば、図1に示す工作機械の主軸装置1の主軸3のフロント側軸受として使用される。

Claims (1)
- 接触角(α1,α2,α3)を有する3列以上のアンギュラ玉軸受(41,42,43)を、前部と後部で列数が異なり、前部列の列数が後部列の列数よりも多く、前部列と後部列を背面組合せにして配列した多列組合せアンギュラ玉軸受装置において、列数の多い前部列のアンギュラ玉軸受(41,42)の転動体が鋼製、列数の少ない後部列のアンギュラ玉軸受(43)の転動体がセラミック製であり、アンギュラ玉軸受(41,42,43)の間に、内輪間座(19)および外輪間座(20)を介在させ、前部側の内輪間座(19)と外輪間座(20)の幅を、後部側の内輪間座(19)と外輪間座(20)の幅に対して異ならせ、前記アンギュラ玉軸受(41,42,43)が保持器を備え、列数の多い前部列のアンギュラ玉軸受(41,42)の保持器がポリアミド樹脂製で、列数の少ない後部列のアンギュラ玉軸受(43)の保持器がフェノール樹脂もしくはPEEK樹脂製であることを特徴とする多列組合せアンギュラ玉軸受装置。
