Abstract
【解決手段】 接触角を有するアンギュラ玉軸受41〜43を前部と後部で背面組合せで3列以上配列され、アンギュラ玉軸受41〜43の列数が前部と後部の異なる多列組合せアンギュラ玉軸受装置において、列数の多い側のアンギュラ玉軸受41、42の転動体が鋼製で、列数の少ない側のアンギュラ玉軸受43の転動体がセラミック製であることを特徴とする。

Description
この発明の多列組合せアンギュラ玉軸受装置は、例えば、図1に示す工作機械の主軸装置1の主軸3のフロント側軸受として使用される。

Claims (5)
- 接触角を有するアンギュラ玉軸受を前部と後部で背面組合せで3列以上配列され、アンギュラ玉軸受の列数が前部と後部の異なる多列組合せアンギュラ玉軸受装置において、列数の多い側のアンギュラ玉軸受の転動体が鋼製で、列数の少ない側のアンギュラ玉軸受の転動体がセラミック製である多列組合せアンギュラ玉軸受装置。
- 接触角を有するアンギュラ玉軸受を前部と後部で背面組合せで3列以上配列され、アンギュラ玉軸受の列数が前部と後部の異なる多列組合せアンギュラ玉軸受装置において、列数の多い側のアンギュラ玉軸受の転動体径Daに対して、列数の少ない側のアンギュラ玉軸受の転動体径Da’をDa<Da’≦1.5・Daとした多列組合せアンギュラ玉軸受装置。
- 接触角を有するアンギュラ玉軸受を前部と後部で背面組合せで3列以上配列され、アンギュラ玉軸受の列数が前部と後部の異なる多列組合せアンギュラ玉軸受装置において、列数の少ない側のアンギュラ玉軸受の接触角α’°に対して、列数の多い側のアンギュラ玉軸受のα°に対して、α°<α’°≦(α+30)°とした多列組合せアンギュラ玉軸受装置。
- 接触角を有するアンギュラ玉軸受を前部と後部で背面組合せで3列以上配列され、アンギュラ玉軸受の列数が前部と後部の異なる多列組合せアンギュラ玉軸受装置において、列数の多い側のアンギュラ玉軸受の保持器がポリアミド樹脂製で、列数の少ない側のアンギュラ玉軸受の保持器がフェノール樹脂もしくはPEEK樹脂製である多列組合せアンギュラ玉軸受装置。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれかの多列組合せアンギュラ玉軸受装置を、主軸のフロント側軸受として使用する工作機械主軸用軸受装置。
