前記第二絶縁層上に位置し、導電パターンと、前記第一方向と直交する第二方向に延びるデータ線とを含み、前記データ線及び前記導電パターンがそれぞれ第一コンタクトホール及び第二コンタクトホールによって前記能動層に電気的に接続される第二電極層と、を含み、
前記ゲート線は、第一ゲート線部及び第二ゲート線部からなり、
前記第一ゲート線部は、前記能動層と重なり、
