Description
− 「LI層」として定義される<1.6の低屈折率を有する少なくとも1つの層、

光学物品を作製する方法は、その裏面上に摩耗防止及び耐擦傷性被覆で被覆された基板を真空蒸着室内に導入する工程と、高真空が得られるまでポンピングする工程と、アルゴンイオンビーム(陽極電流:1A、陽極電圧:100V、中和電流:130mA)により基板の表面を活性化する工程と、イオン照射を止める工程と、摩耗防止及び耐擦傷性被覆上に副層を形成し、その後連続蒸着により反射防止膜の様々な層を形成する工程と、最後に換気工程と、を含む。
実施例1〜14において得られた眼科用レンズの構造特性と光学性能について以下に詳述する。作製された幾つかの物品の280〜780nmの反射グラフを様々な入射角と共に図1〜10に示す。
図11〜図13は、本発明による反射防止膜の様々な積層(ZTiQTiZQ、ZTiQZTiQ、ZNbQNbZQ、ZTiQTiZQ)と、今日市場でかなり人気のある製品(Indoレンズ、ZQZQ、TiQTiQなどの)の様々な積層又は比較被覆様々な積層(TiZQZTiQ、TiZQTiZQ)とのRm NIR/Rv妥協点を示す。
Claims (15)
- 前主面と裏主面とを有する透明な基板を含む眼科用レンズであって、前記主面の少なくとも1つは反射防止膜により被覆される、眼科用レンズにおいて、
前記反射防止膜の層の数は5以上であり、
前記反射防止膜は、
− 「LI層」として定義される<1.6の低屈折率を有する少なくとも1つの層、
− 「VHI層」として定義される≧2.2の非常に高い屈折率を有する少なくとも1つの層、及び
− 「HI層」として定義される≧1.6かつ<2.2の高屈折率を有する少なくとも1つの層を含み、
前記HI層は前記LI、HI及びVHI層の中で前記基板から最も近い層であることと、
前記反射防止膜の近赤外線(NIR)領域における平均反射率Rm NIRは35°より低い入射角において40%以上であることと、を特徴とし、
前記反射防止膜は、1μm以下の全体の物理的厚さを有する、眼科用レンズ。 - 前記反射防止膜の可視領域における平均光反射率Rvは、少なくとも、35°より低い入射角に対して、1.5%以下、好適には1.0%以下、通常は0.5%以下である、請求項1に記載の眼科用レンズ。
- 前記反射防止膜の前記近赤外線(NIR)領域における前記平均反射率Rm NIRは、35°より低い入射角において42%以上、特には45%以上である、請求項1又は2に記載の眼科用レンズ。
- VHI層が、二重層HI/VHIを形成するように前記基板から最も近い前記HI層上に直接配置される、請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の眼科用レンズ。
- 前記二重層HI/VHI上に直接蒸着される層はLI層である、請求項4に記載の眼科用レンズ。
- 前記反射防止膜は、それぞれが交互配置され、LI層及びHI層と直接接触する少なくとも2つのVHI層を含む、請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載の眼科用レンズ。
- 前記反射防止膜は、前記基板から離れる方向に、互いに直接接触したHI層/VHI層/LI層/VHI層/任意選択的なHI層/及びLI層を含む、請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載の眼科用レンズ。
- 前記反射防止膜は、前記基板から離れる方向に、
22〜79nmの範囲の物理的厚さを有するHI層、
53〜117nmの範囲の物理的厚さを有するVHI層、
160〜192nmの範囲の物理的厚さを有するLI層、
81〜98nmの範囲の物理的厚さを有するVHI層、
0〜26nmの範囲の物理的厚さを有する任意選択的なHI層、及び
53〜81nmの範囲の物理的厚さを有するLI層を含む、請求項7に記載の眼科用レンズ。 - 前記反射防止膜は、前記基板から離れる方向に、互いに直接接触したHI層/VHI層/LI層/好適にはZrO2を含む任意選択的なHI層/VHI層及びLI層を含む、請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載の眼科用レンズ。
- 前記反射防止膜は、前記基板から離れる方向に、
31〜54nmの範囲の物理的厚さを有するHI層、
74〜98nmの範囲の物理的厚さを有するVHI層、
165〜190nmの範囲の物理的厚さを有するLI層、
0〜5nm、好適には0〜2nmの範囲の物理的厚さを有する任意選択的なHI層、
87〜98nmの範囲の物理的厚さを有するVHI層、及び
64〜85nmの範囲の物理的厚さを有するLI層を含む、請求項8に記載の眼科用レンズ。 - 前記LI層は、MgF2、SiO2、シリカ及びアルミナの混合物、特にアルミナドープシリカ、又はその混合物を含み、好適にはSiO2層である、請求項1乃至10のいずれか一項に記載の眼科用レンズ。
- 前記HI層は、ジルコニア(ZrO2)、アルミナ(Al2O3)、五酸化タンタル(Ta2O5)、酸化プラセオジム(Pr2O3)、チタン酸プラセオジム(PrTiO3)、酸化ランタン(La2O3)、酸化イットリウ(Y2O3)から選択された1つ又は複数の金属酸化物を含み、好適にはZrO2層である、請求項1乃至11のいずれか一項に記載の眼科用レンズ。
- 前記VHI層は、酸化ニオブ(Nb2O5)、二酸化チタン(TiO2)、及びそれら混合物から選択される1つ又は複数の金属酸化物を含む、請求項1乃至12のいずれか一項に記載の眼科用レンズ。
- 前記反射防止膜は、500nm以下であり、典型的には450〜500nmの範囲である全体の物理的厚さを有する、請求項1乃至13のいずれか一項に記載の眼科用レンズ。
- 前記眼科用レンズは、眼鏡レンズである、請求項1乃至14のいずれか一項に記載の眼科用レンズ。
