Claims (11)
- 内接型ギヤポンプであって、ポンプハウジング(3)と環状歯車(4)と、該環状歯車(4)内に配置されていてこの環状歯車(4)と噛み合う歯車(5)と、軸受リング(13)とを有しており、前記軸受リング(13)によって前記環状歯車(4)は前記ポンプハウジング(3)内で回転可能に滑り軸受けされている形式のものにおいて、
前記軸受リング(13)がこの軸受リング(13)の円周の一箇所(14)で開放しており、
前記軸受リング(13)の開放した円周箇所(14)が、前記歯車(5)と前記環状歯車(4)との間の中間室内で吸入室(8)を吐出室(9)から分離する分離部材(7)と前記歯車をはさんで向き合った位置に配置されることを特徴とする、内接型ギヤポンプ。 - 前記円周箇所(14)が、前記吐出室(9)を有している円周領域の外側に位置していることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の内接型ギヤポンプ。
- 前記軸受リング(13)が、外方に突き出す回り止め部材(15)を有しており、該回り止め部材(15)が前記ポンプハウジング(3)の切欠(16)内に係合することを特徴とする、請求項1記載の内接型ギヤポンプ。
- 前記軸受リング(13)が前記ポンプハウジング(3)内にプリロードをかけて押し込まれていることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の内接型ギヤポンプ。
- 前記軸受リング(13)が、該軸受リング(13)の円周の前記開放した箇所(14)で拡開されていることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の内接型ギヤポンプ。
- 前記軸受リング(13)が金属薄板ストリップから曲げ成形されていることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の内接型ギヤポンプ。
- 前記軸受リング(13)が、内周面にコーティングを有していることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の内接型ギヤポンプ。
- 前記軸受リング(13)の内周面が点状の凹部(18)を有していることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の内接型ギヤポンプ。
- 前記軸受リング(13)の内周面が、前記軸受リング(13)の長手方向中央に延在する溝(19)を有していることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の内接型ギヤポンプ。
- 前記軸受リング(13)の内周面が、前記溝(19)から延在する分岐部(20)を有していることを特徴とする、請求項9記載の内接型ギヤポンプ。
- 前記環状歯車(4)が、前記軸受リング(13)内で回転可能に滑り軸受けされたタイヤ(12)内で回転不能であることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の内接型ギヤポンプ。
