Description
The present invention relates to a laminated peeling container in which the inner layer peels from the outer layer and shrinks as the contents decrease.
Conventionally, there has been known a laminated peeling container that suppresses air from entering the inside of a container by peeling and shrinking the inner layer from the outer layer as the contents decrease (for example, Patent Document 1). Such a laminated peeling container includes an inner bag composed of an inner layer and an outer shell composed of an outer layer.
It is said that it is preferable to use polyethylene resin as the outer layer of the laminated peeling container of Patent Document 1 in order to maintain the appearance shape of the container.
However, as a result of the study by the present inventor, the shape restoration property of the outer shell is not sufficient depending on the usage method and the environment of the laminated peeling container, and in particular, the laminating method in which the contents are discharged by pressing the outer shell. In the peeling container, it is desired to improve the shape restoration property of the outer shell. Further, it is desired that such a laminated peeling container is excellent in transparency and heat resistance, but the laminated peeling container of Patent Document 1 has insufficient transparency and heat resistance depending on the method of use and the environment. It turns out that it may be.
The present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, and provides a laminated stripping container having excellent outer shell shape restoration, transparency, and heat resistance.
According to the present invention, a laminated stripping container comprising an outer layer and an inner layer, wherein the inner layer peels off from the outer layer and shrinks as the content decreases, and the outer layer is between propylene and another monomer. A laminated stripping container comprising a propylene copolymer layer made of a random copolymer is provided.
The present inventor examined various materials constituting the outer shell that should improve the shape restoration, transparency, and heat resistance of the outer shell. As a result, the present inventor examined propylene composed of a random copolymer between propylene and another monomer. When the outer shell was composed of a copolymer layer, it was discovered that the shape restoration property, transparency, and heat resistance of the outer shell could be improved, and the present invention was completed.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described. The various features shown in the embodiments shown below can be combined with each other. In addition, the invention is independently established for each feature.
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the laminated peeling container 1 according to the embodiment of the present invention includes a
As shown in FIG. 3, the
As shown in FIG. 4, the
Further, the
As shown in FIGS. 3 to 5, the
The lower limit of the bending angle α is not particularly specified, but is preferably 90 degrees or more in consideration of ease of manufacturing. The lower limit of the radius of curvature is not particularly specified, but it is preferably 0.2 mm or more in consideration of ease of manufacture. Further, in order to more reliably prevent the
As shown in FIG. 4, in the
In one example, the wall thickness at the
By the way, as shown in FIG. 4, the
The
When the
The
The
As shown in FIG. 1 (b), the
Immediately after blow molding, the
The
Further, as shown in FIG. 1 (b), the concave region of the
Next, the layer structure of the
The
In this embodiment, the
The random copolymer has a monomer content other than propylene of less than 50 mol%, preferably 5 to 35 mol%. Specifically, this content is, for example, 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30 mol%, and may be in the range between any two of the numerical values exemplified here. The monomer copolymerized with propylene may be any one that improves the impact resistance of the random copolymer as compared with the homopolymer of polypropylene, and ethylene is particularly preferable. In the case of a random copolymer of propylene and ethylene, the ethylene content is preferably 5 to 30 mol%, specifically, for example, 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30 mol%, and the numerical values exemplified here. It may be within the range between any two of the above. The weight average molecular weight of the random copolymer is preferably 100,000 to 500,000, more preferably 100,000 to 300,000. Specifically, the weight average molecular weight is, for example, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 45, 500,000, and is within the range between any two of the numerical values exemplified here. May be good.
The tensile elastic modulus of the random copolymer is preferably 400 to 1600 MPa, preferably 1000 to 1600 MPa. This is because the shape restoration property is particularly good when the tensile elastic modulus is in such a range. Specifically, the tensile elastic modulus is, for example, 400, 500, 600, 700, 800, 900, 1000, 1100, 1200, 1300, 1400, 1500, 1600 Mpa, and is between any two of the numerical values exemplified here. It may be within the range of.
If the container is excessively hard, the feeling of use of the container is deteriorated. Therefore, a flexible material such as linear low-density polyethylene may be mixed with the random copolymer to form the
As shown in FIG. 7, the
The EVOH layer 13a is a layer made of an ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer (EVOH) resin, and is obtained by hydrolysis of an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer. The ethylene content of the EVOH resin is, for example, 25 to 50 mol%, preferably 32 mol% or less from the viewpoint of oxygen barrier properties. The lower limit of the ethylene content is not particularly specified, but 25 mol% or more is preferable because the flexibility of the EVOH layer 13a tends to decrease as the ethylene content decreases. Further, the EVOH layer 13a preferably contains an oxygen absorber. By containing the oxygen absorber in the EVOH layer 13a, the oxygen barrier property of the EVOH layer 13a can be further improved. The flexural modulus of the EVOH resin is preferably 2350 MPa or less, more preferably 2250 MPa or less. The lower limit of the flexural modulus of the EVOH resin is not particularly specified, but is, for example, 1800, 1900, or 2000 MPa. The flexural modulus can be measured by a test method compliant with ISO178. The test speed is 2 mm / min.
The melting point of the EVOH resin is preferably higher than the melting point of the random copolymer constituting the
The

The order of the various steps shown here can be changed as appropriate. For example, the hot air bending step may be performed before the outside air introduction hole opening step or before the inner layer preliminary peeling step. Further, the step of cutting the upper
Further, the inner layer preliminary peeling and the outside air introduction hole opening step can also be performed by the following methods.
First, as shown in FIG. 11A, the air inside the

Next, the operating principle when the manufactured product is used will be described.
As shown in FIGS. 12 (a) to 12 (c), the product filled with the contents is tilted and the side surface of the
The
Next, as shown in FIG. 12 (e), when the side surface of the
Next, as shown in FIG. 12 (f), when the compressive force applied to the
In the following Examples / Comparative Examples, various laminated stripping containers having different layer configurations are manufactured by blow molding, and have resilience, rigidity, impact resistance, heat resistance, transparency, gas barrier property, moldability, outer layer processability, etc. Various evaluations were made. The outer layer workability indicates the ease of processing in which an outside air introduction hole is formed only in the outer layer using a heating type drilling device.
<実施例1>
EVOH層には、高融点のEVOH(型式:ソアノールSF7503B、日本合成化学社製、融点188℃、曲げ弾性率2190MPa)を用いた。
<Example 1>
In Example 1, the layer structure was a random copolymer layer / EVOH layer / adhesive layer / LLDPE layer in order from the outside of the container. As the random copolymer layer, a random copolymer of propylene and ethylene (model: Novatec EG7FTB, manufactured by Japan Polypropylene Corporation, melting point 150 ° C.) was used. As the EVOH layer, EVOH having a high melting point (model: Soanol SF7503B, manufactured by Nippon Synthetic Chemistry Co., Ltd., melting point 188 ° C., flexural modulus 2190 MPa) was used. When the above various evaluations were performed, excellent results were obtained in all the evaluation items.
<実施例2>
<Example 2>
In Example 2, the layer structure was a random copolymer layer / repro layer / random copolymer layer / EVOH layer / adhesive layer / LLDPE layer in order from the outside of the container. The repro layer is made of a material by recycling the burrs generated during the molding of the container, but the composition is very similar to that of the random copolymer layer. The random copolymer layer and the EVOH layer were formed of the same material as in Example 1. When the above various evaluations were performed, excellent results were obtained in all the evaluation items.
<実施例3>
実施例3は、層構成は、実施例1と同じであるが、EVOH層には、低融点のEVOH(型式:ソアノール A4412、日本合成化学社製、融点164℃)を用いた。

In Example 3, the layer structure is the same as that in Example 1, but a low melting point EVOH (model: Soanol A4412, manufactured by Nippon Synthetic Chemistry Co., Ltd., melting point 164 ° C.) was used for the EVOH layer. When the above various evaluations were performed, excellent results were obtained in all the evaluation items other than the outer layer workability, but the outer layer workability was slightly inferior to that of Example 1. This result demonstrates that the difference between (melting point of EVOH)-(melting point of random copolymer layer) is preferably 15 ° C. or higher.

<Flexibility test>
The EVOH resin used as the EVOH layer was subjected to a bending resistance test using an ASTM F392 compliant Gelboflex tester (KFT-C --Flex Durability Tester manufactured by Brugger). The test environment was 23 ° C. and 50% RH.
First, a sample made of a single-layer film of 28 cm × 19 cm × 30 μm was prepared.
Next, both ends of the sample were fixed to the pair of mandrels A and B by winding the long sides of the sample around a pair of mandrels (diameter 90 mm) arranged at intervals of 180 mm.
Next, with the mandrel A fixed, the mandrel B was gradually brought closer while twisting, and the twisting was stopped when the twist angle was 440 degrees and the horizontal movement distance was 9.98 cm. After that, the horizontal movement of the mandrel B was continued, and the horizontal movement was stopped when the horizontal movement distance after the twist was stopped became 6.35 cm. After that, the mandrel B was returned to the initial state by the reverse operation of the above. After performing such an operation 100 times, the presence or absence of a pinhole was examined. The results are shown in Table 1.
一方、表1中のD2908は、ソアノールD2908(型式:ソアノールSF7503B、日本合成化学社製)であり、一般的なEVOH樹脂である。 SF7503B in Table 1 is the EVOH resin used as the EVOH layer of Example 1. On the other hand, D2908 in Table 1 is Soanol D2908 (model: Soanol SF7503B, manufactured by Nippon Synthetic Chemistry Co., Ltd.), which is a general EVOH resin. Each EVOH resin was tested twice.
As shown in Table 1, the above test produced a large number of pinholes in D2908, whereas SF7503B did not have pinholes at all and was superior in bending resistance to general EVOH resin.
