- 燃料電池スタック組立体における熱管理のための負側エンドプレート(300)において、
上記負側エンドプレート(300)は、複数の個別の部品から形成され、
上記複数の個別の部品は、
上面(321)および底面(322)を有する中央構造要素(320)と、
上記上面(321)を覆う負側エンドプレートカバー(310)と、
上記底面(322)を覆う負側エンドプレートマニホールド(330)とを有し、
上記中央構造要素(320)がアルミニウム、パラアラミド合成繊維または炭素繊維複合材料の1つから形成されており、
上記負側エンドプレートカバー(310)、上記負側エンドプレートマニホールド(330)、または、その両方が、PC−ABSブレンド、PET、ガラス充填PET、PA6、ガラス充填PA6、PBT、PEI、または、それらの混合物から成るグループから選択される電気絶縁材料から形成されることを特徴とする負側エンドプレート(300)。 - 上記負側エンドプレートカバー(310)および上記負側エンドプレートマニホールド(330)は、複数のスナップクリップを介して上記中央構造要素(320)の一部を通じて互いに解放可能に係合可能である請求項1に記載の負側エンドプレート。
- 上記中央構造要素(320)は、上記上面(321)から上記底面(322)まで延びるように形成されたボイドを備えたハニカム構造で形成されている請求項1または2に記載の負側エンドプレート。
- 燃料電池スタック組立体における熱管理のための正側エンドプレート(200)において、
上記正側エンドプレート(200)は、複数の個別の部品から形成され、
上記複数の個別の部品は、
上面(221)および底面(222)を有する中央構造要素(220)と、
上記上面(221)を覆う正側エンドプレートカバー(210)と、
上記底面(222)を覆う正側エンドプレートマニホールド(230)とを有し、
上記中央構造要素(220)がアルミニウム、パラアラミド合成繊維または炭素繊維複合材料の1つから形成されており、
上記正側エンドプレートカバー(210)、上記正側エンドプレートマニホールド(230)、またはその両方が、PC−ABSブレンド、PET、ガラス充填PET、PA6、ガラス充填PA6、PBT、PEI、または、それらの混合物から成るグループから選択される電気絶縁材料から形成されることを特徴とする正側エンドプレート(200)。 - 上記正側エンドプレートカバー(210)および上記正側エンドプレートマニホールド(230)は、複数のスナップクリップを介して、上記中央構造要素(220)の一部を通じて互いに解放可能に係合可能である請求項4に記載の正側エンドプレート(200)。
