Description
図1は本発明の実施例によるディスプレイ装置を概略的に示す図である。図2aは図1のI−I’線に沿って切断した断面を示す図であり、図2bは図1のII−II’線に沿って切断した断面を示す図であり、図2cは図1のIII−III’線に沿って切断した断面を示す図である。
タッチ電極510、第1タッチライン520及び第2タッチライン530上にはタッチ保護膜150を位置付けられる。タッチ保護膜150は、外部衝撃及び水分によるタッチ電極510、第1タッチライン520及び第2タッチライン530の損傷を防止できる。タッチ保護膜150は絶縁性物質を含み得る。

Claims (16)
- 素子基板上に位置する少なくとも一つの発光素子と、
前記素子基板上に位置し、前記発光素子を覆う封止部材と、
前記封止部材上に位置するタッチ電極と、
前記素子基板上に位置し、前記封止部材から離隔する第1タッチパッドと、
第1方向に延び、各タッチ電極を前記第1タッチパッドのいずれか一つと連結する第1タッチラインと、
前記第1方向に延び、前記タッチ電極と個別に連結される第2タッチラインとを含み、
それぞれの第2タッチラインは、対応する前記タッチ電極を基準に、対応する前記第1タッチラインの反対方向に延びており、
前記第1タッチラインの各々は、複数の前記第2タッチライン及び複数の前記タッチ電極と同層上に設けられた部分を含み、
複数の前記第2タッチラインの1つと接続された各タッチ電極の側面は、複数の前記第1タッチラインの1つと接続された当該タッチ電極の側面の反対側に位置する、
ディスプレイ装置。 - 各タッチ電極と連結される第1タッチラインの長さと第2タッチラインの長さの和は同じ値である、請求項1に記載のディスプレイ装置。
- 前記第2タッチラインは、前記第1タッチラインと同じ物質を含む、請求項1に記載のディスプレイ装置。
- 前記第1タッチラインは、前記タッチ電極と同じ物質を含む、請求項3に記載のディスプレイ装置。
- 各第2タッチラインの長さは、各第2タッチラインと同じタッチ電極に接続された対応する前記第1タッチラインの長さに反比例する、請求項1に記載のディスプレイ装置。
- それぞれの第1タッチライン及びそれぞれの第2タッチラインは、前記第1方向に延びる対応する前記タッチ電極の側面と接触する、請求項5に記載のディスプレイ装置。
- 前記素子基板上に位置し、前記発光素子と連結される少なくとも一つの表示パッドをさらに含み、
前記表示パッドは、前記第1方向に垂直な第2方向に前記第1タッチラインに平行に位置する、請求項1に記載のディスプレイ装置。 - 前記表示パッドは、前記第1タッチラインと違う物質を含む、請求項7に記載のディスプレイ装置。
- 素子基板上に位置する少なくとも一つの発光素子と、
前記素子基板上に位置し、前記発光素子を覆う封止部材と、
前記封止部材上に位置するタッチ電極と、
前記素子基板上に位置し、前記封止部材から離隔する第1タッチパッドと、
第1方向に延び、各タッチ電極を前記第1タッチパッドのいずれか一つと連結する第1タッチラインと、
前記第1方向に延び、前記タッチ電極と個別に連結される第2タッチラインと、
前記第2タッチラインのいずれか一つを介して各タッチ電極と連結される第2タッチパッドと、
を含み、
それぞれの第2タッチラインは、対応する前記タッチ電極を基準に、対応する前記第1タッチラインの反対方向に延びており、
前記第2タッチパッドは前記封止部材上に位置する、ディスプレイ装置。 - 前記第2タッチパッドは、前記第2タッチラインと同じ物質を含む、請求項9に記載のディスプレイ装置。
- 前記第2タッチライン及び前記第2タッチパッドを覆うタッチ保護膜をさらに含み、
前記タッチ保護膜は、それぞれの第2タッチパッドの一部領域を露出するタッチパッドオープンホールを含む、請求項9に記載のディスプレイ装置。 - 第1パッド領域と補助領域との間に位置する表示領域を含む素子基板と、
前記素子基板の前記表示領域上に位置する少なくとも一つの発光素子と、
前記発光素子を覆い、前記表示領域の外側に延びる封止部材と、
前記封止部材上に位置し、前記表示領域と重畳するタッチ電極と、
各タッチ電極を前記第1パッド領域内に位置するタッチパッドのいずれか一つと連結する第1タッチラインと、
各タッチ電極と連結され、端部が前記補助領域内に位置する第2タッチラインとを含み、
前記第1パッド領域は前記封止部材の外側に位置し、
前記補助領域は前記封止部材と重畳し、
前記素子基板は、前記発光素子と連結される少なくとも一つの表示パッドが位置する第2パッド領域をさらに含み、
前記第2パッド領域は前記封止部材の外側に位置し、
前記補助領域は、前記表示領域と前記第2パッド領域との間に位置する、
ディスプレイ装置。 - 前記第1タッチラインは、前記タッチ電極と違う物質を含む、請求項12に記載のディスプレイ装置。
- 前記第2タッチラインは、前記第1タッチラインと同じ物質を含む、請求項13に記載のディスプレイ装置。
- 前記タッチ電極は、前記第1タッチライン及び前記第2タッチラインを覆うタッチ絶縁膜上に位置し、
前記タッチ絶縁膜は、各タッチ電極と重畳するタッチ貫通ホールを含む、請求項13に記載のディスプレイ装置。 - それぞれの第2タッチラインは該当第1タッチラインと接触する、請求項15に記載のディスプレイ装置。
