Description
Claims (6)
- 複数の電池セル(11a)を有してなる蓄電池(11)と、前記蓄電池に接続された電気機器(13,14,15)と、前記蓄電池の各電池セルに接続され、当該各電池セルの電圧を検出するセル監視装置(42)と、を備え、前記蓄電池と前記電気機器との間に接続された通電経路によって前記蓄電池から前記セル監視装置に電源供給可能となっている電源システム(U)に適用され、
前記蓄電池の充放電時における充放電電流に基づいて前記蓄電池の残存容量を算出する電池制御装置(41)であって、
前記セル監視装置にて検出された前記各電池セルの電圧の和を総セル電圧として算出する総セル電圧算出部と、
前記通電経路に設けられた抵抗(21)の前記セル監視装置側の電圧を取得する電圧取得部と、
前記総セル電圧と前記電圧取得部で取得された電圧とに基づいて、前記セル監視装置にて消費される消費電流を算出する消費電流算出部と、
前記充放電電流と前記消費電流とに基づいて、前記残存容量を算出する残存容量算出部と、
を備える電池制御装置。 - 前記蓄電池からの給電により作動する電池制御装置であって、
前記通電経路において前記抵抗と前記セル監視装置との間から分岐された分岐経路に接続されている請求項1に記載の電池制御装置。 - 前記蓄電池としての第1蓄電池(11)と、その第1蓄電池とは別の第2蓄電池(12)とを備え、前記第1蓄電池及び前記第2蓄電池が前記セル監視装置に接続されている電源システムに適用され、
前記セル監視装置による監視動作時において、前記第1蓄電池及び前記第2蓄電池の少なくともいずれかの蓄電状態に基づいて、前記第1蓄電池及び前記セル監視装置の間に設けられた第1スイッチ(22)と、前記第2蓄電池及び前記セル監視装置の間に設けられた第2スイッチ(25)との開閉を制御するスイッチ制御部を備える請求項1又は請求項2に記載の電池制御装置。 - 前記セル監視装置による監視動作時において、前記セル監視装置の監視結果に基づいて前記第1蓄電池の異常の有無を判定する異常判定部を備え、
前記スイッチ制御部は、前記異常判定部によって異常を検出した場合に、前記第1スイッチを開き、前記第2スイッチを閉じる請求項3に記載の電池制御装置。 - 複数の電池セルを有してなる第1蓄電池(11)と、前記第1蓄電池の各電池セルに接続され、当該各電池セルの電圧を検出するセル監視装置(42)と、前記第1蓄電池とは別の第2蓄電池(12)から給電され、前記第1蓄電池に接続された電気機器(13,14,15)への充放電時における充放電電流に基づいて前記第1蓄電池の残存容量を算出する電池制御装置(41)と、を備える電源システム(U)であって、
前記第1蓄電池は、前記電気機器への電気経路から分岐した通電経路に設けられた抵抗(21)を介して前記セル監視装置及び前記電池制御装置に接続されており、
前記電池制御装置は、
前記セル監視装置にて検出された前記各電池セルの電圧の和を総セル電圧として算出する総セル電圧算出部と、
前記抵抗の前記セル監視装置側の端の電圧を取得する電圧取得部と、
前記総セル電圧と前記電圧取得部で取得された電圧との差に基づいて、前記セル監視装置及び前記電池制御装置にて消費される消費電流を算出する消費電流算出部と、
前記充放電電流と前記消費電流とに基づいて、前記残存容量を算出する残存容量算出部と、
を備える電源システム。 - 前記第1蓄電池及び前記第2蓄電池が前記セル監視装置に接続されている電源システムに適用され、
前記電池制御装置は、前記セル監視装置による監視動作時において、前記第1蓄電池及び前記第2蓄電池の少なくともいずれかの蓄電状態に基づいて、前記第1蓄電池及び前記セル監視装置の間に設けられた第1スイッチ(22)と、前記第2蓄電池及び前記セル監視装置の間に設けられた第2スイッチ(25)との開閉を制御するスイッチ制御部を備える請求項5に記載の電源システム。
