Description
図1は本発明の実施形態に関わる車両検索システム10のハードウェア構成を示す説明図である。車両検索システム10は、車両80の予約受付及び検索に関わる処理を行うコンピュータシステム(例えば、ウェブサーバ)である。車両80は、例えば、シェアリングカーである。「シェアリングカー」とは、シェアリングの利用(例えば、ユーザである会員同士の共同利用)に供される時間貸し車両を意味する。「車両」は、道路交通法上の車両(例えば、自動車、原動機付自転車、軽車両など)を含む。各車両80は、例えば、無線通信機能を有する通信機器81と、車両80の運転状態を検出するセンサ類82とを備えてもよい。
予約受付モジュール21は、車両80の予約の受付け、変更、及び取り消しに関わる処理を行う。予約受付モジュール21がプロセッサ11によって解釈及び実行され、車両検索システム10のハードウェア資源と予約受付モジュール21とが協働することにより、予約受付部210としての機能が実現される。
Claims (6)
- ユーザの運転傾向を示す運転特性情報を記憶する第1の記憶部と、
複数の車両のそれぞれの操作感覚を示す操作感覚特性情報を格納する第2の記憶部と、
前記運転特性情報と前記操作感覚特性情報とを比較して、前記ユーザの運転傾向との一致の度合いが閾値を超える1台又はそれ以上の車両を前記複数の車両の中から検索する検索部と、
を備える車両検索システム。 - 請求項1に記載の車両検索システムであって、
車両の貸主が前記車両の借主となるユーザに希望する運転傾向を示す希望情報を前記車両と関連付けて記憶する第3の記憶部を更に備え、
前記検索部は、前記運転特性情報と前記希望情報とを更に比較して、前記ユーザの運転傾向との一致の度合いと、前記貸主の希望との一致の度合いとの合計が閾値を超える1台又はそれ以上の車両を前記複数の車両の中から検索する、車両検索システム。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の車両検索システムであって、
前記運転特性情報は、前記ユーザが過去に車両を借りて利用した後の前記車両の貸主の前記ユーザに対する評価を示す評価情報を含む、車両検索システム。 - 請求項1乃至3のうち何れか1項に記載の車両検索システムであって、
前記運転特性情報は、前記ユーザが過去に車両を借りて利用しているときに、前記車両の運転状態を検出するセンサ類によって検出された前記運転状態の履歴情報を含む、車両検索システム。 - コンピュータシステムが、
ユーザの運転傾向を示す運転特性情報と、複数の車両のそれぞれの操作感覚を示す操作感覚特性情報とを比較するステップと、
前記ユーザの運転傾向との一致の度合いが閾値を超える1台又はそれ以上の車両を前記複数の車両の中から検索するステップと、
を実行する車両検索方法。 - 請求項5に記載の車両検索方法をコンピュータシステムに実行させる車両検索プログラム。
