Claims (8)
- 3Dプリンタであって、
メインフレームと、
前記メインフレーム内側に備えられる水槽と、
前記水槽内側に設けられるレジンと、
前記水槽内側に備えられ、前記レジンよりも密度が高く前記レジンと混合せずに重力によって分離され、前記レジンを下側から支持するフローティング溶液と、
前記レジン及びフローティング溶液の境界を通過して前記水槽に沿って鉛直方向に摺動可能なビルド・プラットフォームと、
前記メインフレームの上側に設けられ、前記ビルド・プラットフォームにレーザビームを照射する光学部と、
前記ビルド・プラットフォーム上にレジンを排出するリコータと、を含み、
前記リコータは、
柱形状の中空空間を含むリコータボディと、
前記リコータボディに連結され、前記リコータボディから排出されるレジンに作用する空気の影響を減らすウィンドウカバーとを含み、
前記ウィンドウカバーと前記排出されるレジンとの間の間隔は、鉛直方向下方向に徐々に増加する、
3Dプリンタ。 - 前記フローティング溶液は、塩又はグリセリンを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のレジンの使用量節減のためのフローティング溶液を含む3Dプリンタ。
- 前記メインフレームに連結し、前記リコータを水平方向に駆動させるためのリコータ駆動部をさらに含む、請求項1に記載のレジンの使用量節減のためのフローティング溶液を含む3Dプリンタ。
- 前記リコータは、前記リコータボディの幅方向を基準にして両端部に設けられ、前記リコータボディから排出されるレジンが前記リコータボディの幅方向に離脱することを防止するガイドプレートをさらに含む、請求項1に記載のレジンの使用量節減のためのフローティング溶液を含む3Dプリンタ。
- 前記リコータは、前記リコータ駆動部に対して相対的な位置が調節可能である、請求項1に記載のレジンの使用量節減のためのフローティング溶液を含む3Dプリンタ。
- 前記リコータ駆動部は、前記リコータを固定させるために設けられる複数のリコータ固定部を含み、
前記リコータは、前記複数のリコータ固定部のうち少なくとも1つのリコータ固定部に連結される、請求項5に記載のレジンの使用量節減のためのフローティング溶液を含む3Dプリンタ。 - 前記リコータは、前記リコータ駆動部となしている角度が調節可能である、請求項1に記載の3Dプリンタ。
- 前記リコータは、前記リコータボディに位置調節可能に連結され、前記リコータボディの柱形状の中空空間の幅の大きさを設定するためのリコータシールドをさらに含む、請求項1に記載のレジンの使用量節減のためのフローティング溶液を含む3Dプリンタ。
