Description
扉または窓を製作するために使用される形材の加工時には、数多くの種々異なる作業工程が実施されなければならない。このような形材は、プラスチック、金属または木材から成っていてよい。また、種々異なる材料の組合せも可能である。例えば窓用のプラスチック中空形材が加工される場合には、排水スリットが溝に斜めにかつ/または下側に向かってかつ/または前側に向かってフライス削りされなければならない。さらに、固定枠用形材および/または無目用形材に閉鎖部分位置孔が設けられなければならない。
したがって、本発明の問題は、棒状の被加工物を加工するための装置を改良して、被加工物の加工に関して、1つには、穏やかな表面処理を提供しつつ、より高いプロセス確実性が保証され、特に被加工物の加工時間も著しく短縮されることが望ましい。さらに、搬送装置上の被加工物への加工工具の加工アクセスが著しくフレキシブルに保たれ、棒状の被加工物を加工するための装置が著しく短い構造になることが考慮されることも望ましい。
図1〜図4には、水平な平面内で搬送装置(図示せず)によりZ方向に運動可能である棒状の被加工物2、例えば窓用形材または扉用形材を加工するための本発明に係る装置1が、それぞれ個別に示してある。被加工物2の運動方向に対して実質的に垂直に配置された平面内、本実施例ではY平面内には、工具4を備えた加工装置3.1,3.2が設けられている。この加工装置3.1,3.2は、被加工物2に対して垂直な平面内に空間的に位置決めされている。特に図1〜図4から認めることができるように、加工装置3.1は、被加工物2に対して垂直な平面内に配置された開いた円弧状体から成っている。この円弧状体は、開放された平形リング5として、Z軸における被加工物2を中心として回動可能に支承されている。この回動可能な支承は、略示した矢印によって明らかである。

Claims (12)
- 搬送装置により水平な平面内のZ方向に運動可能である棒状の被加工物(2)を加工するための装置(1)であって、前記被加工物(2)の運動方向に対して垂直に配置された平面内に、工具(4)を備えた加工装置(3)が設けられており、該加工装置(3)が、前記被加工物(2)に対して前記垂直な平面内に空間的に位置決めされている、装置(1)において、
前記加工装置(3.1)が、前記被加工物(2)に対して前記垂直な平面内に配置された開いた円弧状体から成っており、該円弧状体が、開放された区分(6)を有する開放された平形リング(5)として、前記被加工物(2)を中心として回動可能に支承され、
前記開放された平形リング(5)に、少なくとも1つの移動可能なキャリッジ(22)が配置されており、該キャリッジ(22)にモータ(24)と工具(4)とが配置されていることを特徴とする、装置(1)。 - 前記開放された平形リング(5)が、機枠(9)に対し、水平な平面内において前記Z方向に垂直なX方向に移動可能であるガントリピラー(8)に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記開放された平形リング(5)が、前記ガントリピラー(8)に対して鉛直Y方向に移動可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1および2記載の装置。
- 前記ガントリピラー(8)に、前記開放された平形リング(5)のための保持部材(10)が配置されており、前記開放された平形リング(5)がその外周部(11)を介してもしくはその外周部(11)において前記保持部材(10)に回動可能に支承されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の装置。
- 前記保持部材(10)に、前記開放された平形リング(5)を回動支承するためのガイドが設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の装置。
- 前記開放された平形リング(5)が、前記回動支承のために、前記保持部材(10)に配置された駆動装置(14)と協働することを特徴とする、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の装置。
- 前記駆動装置(14)が、前記開放された平形リング(5)の前記外周部(11)と協働することを特徴とする、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の装置。
- 前記開放された平形リング(5)において、該リングの両自由端(29,30)のうちの一方の自由端に、前記平形リング(5)に固定されていて、前記被加工物(2)に対して半径方向に向けられた少なくとも1つの工具(4)が配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の装置。
- 前記リング(5)の前記開放された区分(6)は、前記加工装置(3.1)の前記垂直な平面内で向かい合って位置する第2の加工装置(3.2)の加工工具(7)が、前記被加工物(2)の加工のために、前記リング(5)の前記開放された区分(6)の領域に走入可能となるように寸法設定されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の装置。
- 対向配置された前記加工工具(7)が、前記機枠(9)に対し、水平な平面内において前記Z方向に垂直なX方向に移動可能なガントリピラー(31)に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項9記載の装置。
- 前記加工工具(7)が、前記ガントリピラー(31)に対して鉛直Y方向に移動可能であることを特徴とする、請求項9又は10記載の装置。
- 前記加工工具(7)が、鋸、フライスまたはドリルを含むことを特徴とする、請求項9から11までのいずれか1項記載の装置。
